How to Download and Log In to My StarHub App with Hub iD and Mobile Number

If you’re reading this, you might be new to My StarHub App, or even new to our StarHub fam-bam (welcome!). And if you ask any of our advocates or long-standing customers, they’d tell you that My StarHub App is a very handy tool to manage all your StarHub services.

Downloading and using My StarHub app is as easy as 1,2,3. Let us walk you through the steps! 

1. Download My StarHub App 

First, download My StarHub App on either App Store or Google Play Store and launch app.

Here, you will have the option to log in using Hub iD or log in with StarHub mobile number.

You should create a Hub iD if you are the main account holder as it gives you full access to the app and if you have multiple mobile numbers under your account, you can assign different access levels to the different mobile numbers so that everyone can get log in to My StarHub App using their mobile numbers.

2: Register for a Hub iD

To create a new Hub iD, hit the “Create a Hub iD” button.

Enter a valid email address, set a password, enter your StarHub mobile number and click “Next”. At this point, you will receive a verification code via SMS. 

*If you’re not yet a StarHub customer, you could also register your mobile number from other Telcos.

3: Verify

Once verified, you will be directed to this confirmation page.

 Customers who have been issued a StarHub Account Number could also link their StarHub Account to view and manage all the services tagged to it.

You will then receive a SMS notification confirming that your Hub iD has been created successfully! 

Now, you can log in to My StarHub App to start managing your services. 

Logging in using mobile number

For customers who are logging in to My StarHub App using mobile number, enter your mobile number on this screen and a verification will be sent you via SMS and the email address registered under Hub iD.

You will be able to view and manage your account. The type of services that you can view and manage is dependent on the access level that the main StarHub account owner has assigned to you.
