What is My StarHub App?

My StarHub App allows you to conveniently manage your services the way you want to - anytime, anywhere. With My StarHub App, you can easily keep track of your data usage, calls, and more. You can even check your recontract eligibility, activate add-ons, and redeem rewards in a few taps.

Who can use My StarHub App?

If you’re a StarHub Postpaid, Broadband, and/or TV customer, you can use My StarHub App to manage your services. Note that mobile numbers under corporate accounts are not supported.


If you’re a StarHub Prepaid customer, you can use the StarHub Prepaid App to manage your services. Read more about it here.

Logging in

How do I log in to My StarHub App?

You can easily log in to My StarHub App using your Hub iD or StarHub mobile number. Just follow the steps below:  


Using Hub iD

  1. Open My StarHub App and choose “Log in with Hub iD”.
  2. Enter your Hub iD and password.


Using StarHub mobile number

  1. Open My StarHub App and choose “Log in with StarHub mobile number”.
  2. Enter your StarHub mobile number.
  3. Key in the verification code that will be sent to your mobile number and registered email address.

Can I use the same Hub iD and password I use to access the StarHub online portal to log in to My StarHub App?

Yes, you can use the same Hub iD and password to log in to My StarHub App.

What is the difference between logging in using Hub ID and StarHub mobile number?

When you log in using Hub iD, you can view and manage all your subscribed services and bills. The Hub iD belongs to the main account owner who signed up for all the services under their account.


If you’re not the main account owner, you can still log in to My StarHub App using your mobile number. You can view your usage and/or manage some mobile services, depending on your level of access.


To have full access to services such as viewing and managing bills, you need to log in using your Hub iD or inform the main account owner to change your level of access if you’re using a StarHub mobile number under their account.

What are the different levels of access when I log in with my StarHub mobile number?

By default, each StarHub mobile number login is assigned "Standard" access.


To change the level of access, the main account owner must log in to My StarHub App using their Hub iD, tap "Others", then go to "Manage profile".

Details

Prime

You can view and manage all your subscribed StarHub services and bills.


You will have full access rights, equivalent to a Hub iD user login.

Standard (default)

You can view and manage mobile services under the StarHub mobile number you have logged in with.


The following services are not supported under ‘Standard’ access:

    • View or manage bills
    • Sign up for new mobile service or recontract mobile service
    • Change mobile plan
    • Activate mobile SIM card
    • Manage the following add-on services: DataShare, Premium Rated Service settings, JuniorProtect, Itemised Billing service
    • View or manage e-Appointment

For full access to available services, please log in using your Hub iD.

Basic

You can view mobile services under the StarHub mobile number you have logged in with and set data usage alert settings.


The following services are not supported under ‘Basic’ access:


    • View or manage bills
    • Sign up for new mobile service or re-contract mobile service
    • Change mobile plan
    • Activate mobile SIM card
    • Manage all add-on services
    • View or manage e-Appointment

How do I change the level of access of my StarHub mobile number?

If you’re the main account owner, you can change the level of access for the mobile lines under your account by logging in using your Hub iD. On the app’s homepage, tap “Others”, then go to “Manage profile”.

I have logged in to My StarHub App using my StarHub mobile number. Why can’t I view my other StarHub mobile and bills?

To view and manage all your StarHub services and bills, please log in using your Hub iD.

I have logged in to My StarHub App using my StarHub mobile number. Why can’t I manage my mobile services?

If your mobile number is assigned “Standard” access, you can only manage a specific list of services. If it’s assigned “Basic” access, you can only view your mobile services and set your data usage alert settings.


You may inform the main account owner to change your access level by logging in using Hub iD.

Why can’t I log in to StarHub online portal using my StarHub mobile number?

Currently, you can only log in via your mobile number to My StarHub App. To log in to other StarHub online portals (e.g., Online Store, StarHub Go, JuniorProtect portal), please use your Hub iD.


Managing My Service

How do I view my service agreement on My StarHub App?

For Mobile Postpaid

On the app’s homepage, tap “Mobile”, then click on the three green dots. Choose “Plan details” and select “View service agreement”.


For TV/ Broadband

On the app’s homepage, tap “TV” or “Broadband”, then select “View service agreement”.


After selecting “View service agreement”, you will be redirected to a My Account page. Select the product under “Service Type” and the time frame when you signed up for or recontracted to the service under “Period”.

How can I check my mobile usage on My StarHub App?

On the app’s home page, tap “Mobile”. The next page will show you how much data, talktime, and SMS you have left. You’ll also see how many days are left before your entitlements are refreshed.


You can also see the breakdown of your usage if you tap on the data, talktime or SMS information.

How do I get add-ons on My StarHub App?

On the app’s homepage, tap “Mobile” or “TV”, depending on which service you’d like to have the add-on. You may also want to explore “Entertainment”, “Gaming”, and “Protection” for other add-ons.

How do I recontract my TV or broadband service on My StarHub App?

On the app’s homepage, tap “TV” or “Broadband”, depending on the service you want to renew. You will see a recontract button if you’re already eligible.

How do I view my bills and balances on My StarHub App?

At the bottom of the homepage, tap “Bills”, then click the account number to see the details.

How do I pay my bills on My StarHub App?

You can pay your bills on My StarHub App through the following methods:

Troubleshooting

I'm having issues logging in to My StarHub App using my Hub iD. What should I do?

I’m getting an error when using My StarHub App. What should I do?

You can try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. In case the issue persists, try to take a screenshot of the error. A pop-up will appear where you can report the issue.

I forgot my Hub iD password. How do I change it?

You can easily reset your Hub iD password. Just follow these steps:


1. Open the My StarHub App and choose “Log in with Hub iD”.

2. Click on “Forgot password?”

3. Enter your Hub ID.

4. Key in the verification that will be sent to your registered mobile number then reset your password, or you can choose to reset your password via email.
