Pay Bills Online


You can make StarHub bill payment using "StarHub Account No" (example: 1.12345678S) via these online payment channels. E-notification or e-receipt will be sent by the online platform you transact with.

AXS online bill payment

Pay bills using "StarHub Account No" in the following channels.


Improved customer experience:

√ Offer popular and convenient payment modes

√ Latest account balance automatically appears on AXS secure platform each time you wish to pay bill

√ SMS notification will be sent to your StarHub mobile contact number upon successful payment made via AXS

√ Successful bill payment will be updated into your Postpaid account the next business day

√ View bill payment history from AXS Payment App


Steps to make payment:

(A) AXS Payment app:

     1. Launch and log in to AXS Payment app.

     2. Select "Bills", then General,  StarHub Ltd.

     3. Enter complete StarHub Account No (ie: 1.12345678S) under Account No. field.

     4. Latest outstanding of the entered StarHub Account No will automatically show.

     5. Confirm the amount you wish to pay and tap "Pay Now" button.

     6. Select your preferred payment mode and enter details.

     7. Submit the payment request.      

     8. Upon payment approval, customer will receive email notification from AXS.

    

    Tips: If you have paid StarHub bill for the same Account No. in the past via AXS

    Payment app, you can access their shortcut called "My Favourites" to skip Step 2 and 3 above.


(B) AXS Online: 

     1. Visit AXS e-Station website.

     2. Select "Pay Bills", then General,  StarHub Ltd.

     3. Enter complete StarHub Account No (ie: 1.12345678S) under Account No. field.

     4. Latest outstanding of the entered StarHub Account No will be automatically shown.

     5. Confirm the amount you wish to pay and click "Add to Payment Summary".

     6. Then, click "Proceed to Pay" button.

     7. Select your preferred payment mode and enter details.

     8. Submit the payment request.   

     9. Upon payment approval, customer will receive email notification from AXS.


Processing of payment:

• Payment will be updated into your Postpaid account the next business day from transaction date. 

• Customer is advised to pay bill in advance to allow sufficient time for processing and to reflect into your account.

• To view your latest account balance, please log in to My StarHub App.

SingPost online bill payment

Pay bills using "StarHub Account No" in the following channels.

√ Successful bill payment will be updated into your Postpaid account the next business day.

√ View bill payment history from SingPost Mobile app or SAM Online platform.

√ Download bill payment e-Receipt from SingPost Mobile app or SAM Online platform.


Steps to make payment:

(A) SingPost Mobile app:

     1. Launch and log in to SingPost Mobile app.

     2. Select "Pay with SAM".

     3. Select "Telco = StarHub" option.

     4. Enter complete StarHub Account No (ie: 1.12345678S) under Account No. field.

     5. Enter the amount you wish to pay.

     6. Select your preferred payment mode and enter details.

     7. Submit the payment request.

     8. Upon payment approval, customer will receive email notification from SingPost.

    

(B) SAM Online: 

     1. Visit SAM Online website at www.mysam.sg 

     2. Select "Payments" , then "Telecommunications",  StarHub Ltd.

     3. Select "Bill Payment" option.

     4. Enter complete StarHub Account No (ie: 1.12345678S) under Account No. field.

     5. Enter the amount you wish to pay.

     6. Select your preferred payment mode and enter details.

     7. Submit the payment request.

     8. Upon payment approval, customer will receive email notification from SingPost.


Processing of payment:

• Payment will be updated into your Postpaid account the next business day from transaction date. 

• Customer is advised to pay bill in advance to allow sufficient time for processing and reflect into your account.

• To view your latest account balance, please log in to My StarHub App.

Internet and Mobile Banking online bill payment

Pay your StarHub bills conveniently anytime, anywhere with internet and mobile banking service.


What you’ll need:

• StarHub Postpaid Account No. that can be found on your StarHub bill.

• Your banking log-in details include banking user ID and password.


Steps to make payment:

1. Log in to your internet banking online platform or mobile app.

2. Select the option that allows you to make bill payment(s). The option is usually indicated as “Bill Payment” or “Pay Bills”.

3. Select "StarHub Ltd" as Billing Organization.

4. Enter complete StarHub Postpaid Account No. (example: 1.12345678A) under Bill Reference/ Bill Account/ Consumer Reference Number field.

5. Enter the amount you wish to pay. This amount is subject to the daily transfer payment limit set by your bank.

6. Review the details and verify the correct StarHub Postpaid Account No to pay before making online submission.


You may verify transaction status through your banking transaction history or approved payment on your monthly bank statement.


The steps described above are generic and actual online pay bill steps may vary between banks. For assistance, please refer to your bank website or contact your bank.


Processing of payment:

• Payment will be updated into your Postpaid account within the 3 business days from transaction date. It is subject to your bank processing time.

• Customer is advised to pay bill 3 business days in advance to allow sufficient time for processing and reflect into your account.

• To view your latest account balance, please log in to My StarHub App.

StarHub online ePayment

Improved customer experience:

✓ SMS notification will be sent to your StarHub mobile contact number upon successful payment made using Hub iD log-in mode.

✓ View your real-time online ePayment transaction status through “Account activity” via My StarHub App.

✓ Successful bill payment will be updated into your Postpaid account the next business day.


Steps to make payment:

(A) StarHub App:

     1. Launch and log in to StarHub App.

     2. Select "Bills" and tap on "Pay all bills" or "Pay" button.

     3. Select StarHub Account No (ie: 1.12345678S) and confirm the amount you wish to pay.

     4. Select your preferred payment method and tap “Next”. You’ll be redirected to a secure payment page where

you need to enter the required details.

     5. Complete the online authentication for your transaction.

     6. Upon payment approval, you’ll see a "Transaction Successful" message.


(B) StarHub ePayment website: 

     1. Visit StarHub ePayment website.

     2. Proceed to pay bill using Hub iD Login or without Hub iD login mode.

     3. Select (Hub iD login) the list of StarHub Account No registered under your name

         or manually input (non-Hub iD login) complete StarHub Account No (ie:1.12345678S).

     4. Confirm the amount you wish to pay.

     5. Select your preferred payment method and tap “Next”.

     6. You’ll be redirected to a secure payment page where you need to enter the required details.

     7. Complete the online authentication for your transaction.

     8. Upon payment approval, you’ll see a "Transaction Successful" message.

• Payment will be updated into your Postpaid account the next business day from the transaction date. 

• Customer is advised to pay bill in advance to allow sufficient time for processing and reflect into your account.
