A message for our customers


StarHub is closely monitoring the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) situation. We have implemented extensive precautionary measures following the Singapore authorities’ guidelines, with the health and safety of our employees in mind, as we enable continued delivery of services to our customers.

As a matter of good practice, we are limiting international travel and face-to-face meetings as well as implementing temperature checks at our building entrances and monitoring the health of our employees. We have put in place Business Continuity Plans, which we can activate where necessary.
