Why is the Rewards program being discontinued?

As part of ongoing efforts to bring you new and improved offerings at StarHub, the current version of StarHub Rewards will be discontinued from 1 July 2025. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to elevate your StarHub experience.

Will there be a replacement for the Rewards program?

We're continuously exploring new and exciting ways to show our appreciation for our customers. Keep an eye out for future programmes.

When will the Rewards program officially end? 

Rewards will be discontinued on the StarHub app from 1 July 2025. The deals or rewards you've redeemed will still be valid until their expiration dates. We strongly recommend using them before they expire.

Will I receive any refunds or compensation for unused rewards?

We encourage you to make use of any rewards or deals you still have available before they expire. We are unable to offer refunds or compensation for any expired or unused rewards.
