Where can I redeem rewards?

You can redeem and save rewards through My StarHub App.

Do we still earn points that we can use to redeem rewards from our StarHub transactions?

We no longer have a points system in place with our Rewards programme, that’s why you’re not seeing points in the Rewards page of My StarHub App. Instead, you get to enjoy treats and deals according to your membership tier.

How do I redeem and enjoy my rewards?

It's easy! To redeem your reward, simply follow these steps:

• Log in to My StarHub App

• Tap on the "Rewards" icon (you'll find it near the upper right side of the page)

• Start browsing the rewards and promotions offers

• Tap on the arrow button on your selected reward

• Read the T&Cs, then tap the “Save to My Rewards” button below

To use your reward, tap on the "My Rewards" tab and go to "Saved Rewards". Select the one you want to use and enjoy!


Where can I see the rewards I redeemed or saved?

All your saved rewards can be found in My StarHub App.

• Log in to My StarHub App

• Tap on the Rewards icon (you'll find it near the upper right side of the page)

• Tap on the “My Rewards” tab, go to “Saved Rewards”, and select the reward you want to use

How long is the validity of my saved rewards?

You can refer to the respective terms and conditions for each reward on the Rewards page via My StarHub App.

How do I redeem birthday rewards?

To redeem your birthday reward, simply log in to My StarHub App during your birthday month. Go to "Rewards" and a pop up will be shown with your birthday treat. Tap on "Check it out", and your birthday treats will be saved and shown under "My Rewards".

What items are available for redemption?

Why are the rewards available for my redemption different compared with those available to my family and friends?

 In StarHub Rewards, we introduced membership tiers and all customers will be given free membership. To read more on membership and eligibility, you can click here.

Depending on your membership tier, you’ll enjoy different member benefits, rewards, and deals.

Can I redeem more than one reward?

You can refer to the respective terms and conditions for each reward on My StarHub App.

Can I approach your staff at StarHub shops or call the customer service hotline to do my rewards redemption?

With StarHub Rewards, you’ll be able to browse, save, and redeem all your rewards on the Rewards page via My StarHub App.

How do I know if my rewards have expired?

There’s an expiry date indicated on your redeemed rewards. We encourage you to log in to My StarHub App, refer to My Rewards regularly, and use your rewards before they expire.

I can’t locate my “Saved Rewards” under My Rewards in My StarHub App.

If you’ve successfully saved your rewards and not redeemed them, these may have already expired and are no longer available.
