In what order is your data used up?

Thinking of getting add-on data ahead of your trip?
Here's the order in which your StarHub roaming data will be deducted:

  • 1. Expiry dates

    If you have both built-in (base plan) and add-on data bundles, the data closest to expiring is used first.

  • 2. Built-in vs Add-on

    If expiry dates are the same across your bundles, your built-in data will always be deducted first.

  • 3. Order of region

    The bundle most localised to your destination is used first. In Thailand, that means SEA > APAC > Global.
