As a valued StarHub customer, all you need is to sign up for ONE Hub iD using your NRIC or FIN to manage all the StarHub services under your name!
All StarHub mobile customer can log in to My StarHub App with their own StarHub mobile number. As for the main account holder, you can manage and set the access level of any family member to either 'Standard' or 'Basic' to effectively manage your StarHub account and wide range of services. To do so, just follow the steps here: starhub.com/mobilenumberlogin.

Yes, existing Hub iD customers with active StarHub services can continue to use it to access My StarHub App and other StarHub services.
Your Hub iD will remain active for you to access select StarHub online services.

To keep your account active, you will need to log in at least once every 6 months.
Your Hub iD will be automatically rendered inactive after 6 months of being idle. Thereafter, we will periodically remove inactive accounts.
Your account will be considered inactive if no log-ins are detected for more than 6 months.
