What is a Hub iD?

New to StarHub? You can create a Hub iD and password to explore or manage your StarHub services online or/and via My StarHub App. Your Hub iD will be the email address you used upon registration. With one iD for everything, you can now access all things StarHub, even on the go!

If you had forgotten your Hub iD password, you can easily request a new one from our Virtual Assistant or email us at hubidsupport@starhub.com.

How do I sign up for a Hub iD account?

You can easily create your Hub iD online or via My StarHub App.


From the mobile app:


1. If you haven't done so, you can download the app here.

2. Open the app. Tap "Register" on the bottom right of the log-in page.

3. Fill in the details on the "Create Hub iD" page and click "Next" upon completion.

4. You will receive a one-time password via the mobile number you have registered. Enter the code and click on "Submit".

5. You will receive a confirmation on the next page when your Hub iD has been successfully created.



From the web:



1. Go to www.starhub.com/hubid.

2. On the homepage, click on "Sign up."

3. Fill in the details on the "Create Hub iD" page and click "Next" upon completion.

4. You will receive a one-time password via the mobile number you have registered. Enter the code and click on "Submit".

5. You will receive a confirmation on the next page when your Hub iD has been successfully created.


Tip: Ensure that your registration details are not associated to any existing Hub iD.

Why am I seeing an error after clicking the activation link sent to my email?

The activation link may have expired or there might be a new account creation request that was sent and disabled the previous link. We encourage you to try creating your Hub iD again, then immediately check for the latest activation email in your inbox and open the new activation link from there. Also, please ensure that your email is not already linked to a Hub iD account.

Can I sign up for more than one Hub iD?

As a valued StarHub customer, all you need is to sign up for ONE Hub iD using your NRIC or FIN to manage all the StarHub services under your name!

Can my family have their own login accounts to manage their mobile service(s)?

All StarHub mobile customers can log in to My StarHub App with their own StarHub mobile number. As for the main account holder, you can manage and set the access level of any family member to either 'Standard' or 'Basic' to effectively manage your StarHub account and wide range of services. To do so, just follow the steps here: starhub.com/mobilenumberlogin.

If I am not a StarHub customer, can I sign up for Hub iD?

Glad to share that you may sign up for a Hub iD to access select StarHub online services and products. Welcome aboard!

Can I continue to log in to My StarHub App and StarHub Rewards using an existing Hub iD?

Yes, existing Hub iD customers with active StarHub services can continue to use it to access My StarHub App and other StarHub services.

What will happen to my Hub iD if I terminate all StarHub service(s)?

Your Hub iD will remain active for you to access select StarHub online services.

I have a Hub iD (previously known as Hub iD Lite). Do I have to change to another Hub iD if I have a StarHub service in future?

There is no need to change to another Hub iD! All that’s needed is to upgrade your Hub iD to start linking all your StarHub Postpaid accounts and services. Upgrade now via www.starhub.com/hubid or My StarHub App.

How do I change my Hub iD password?

It’s easy! You can change your Hub iD password via My StarHub App, under “Manage account”, select your Hub iD and then tap on “Change password”.

How do I change the registered email address for my Hub iD?

To change your registered Hub iD email address, you can simply send your request to WhatsApp or email us at hubidsupport@starhub.com.

How do I link my account to my Hub iD?

To link your account to your Hub iD, you can simply send your request to WhatsApp or email us at hubidsupport@starhub.com.

Why should I upgrade my Hub iD?

A new customer may use Hub iD Lite to sign up Online Store offers and use selected services. Meanwhile, if you have recently signed up with a contract (active Mobile, TV and/or Broadband service), you will be prompted to upgrade to Hub iD the next time you log into My StarHub App for you to access our full range of services.


Alternatively, you may also visit our website at www.starhub.com/hubid. Once logged in, hover your mouse on your Hub iD at the top right-hand side of the page. Next, click ‘Link My Starhub Accounts’ in the dropdown menu or click the link in green to connect your account and manage your services.

Is the creation and usage of Hub iD free-of-charge?

Happy to share that creating and using the Hub iD is absolutely free!

I have updated my residential status from FIN to NRIC. How do I inform StarHub of this change?

To update your NRIC on our records, please upload the scanned copy of both sides of your new NRIC to www.starhub.com/feedback, together with your account and contact details.

What is an e-appointment and how do I make a booking?

Good idea! Booking an e-appointment allows you to schedule a visit at our StarHub Shops with our friendly Hub Consultants. Feel free to book an e-appointment by visiting: https://secure.starhub.com/myaccountmgr/#/eappointment-new-customer/start or via My StarHub App for faster and more convenient transactions.

How do I view my StarHub bill(s) using my Hub iD?

It's easy! You can simply download and log in to My StarHub App to view your monthly bills. Once logged in:

  • Tap on "Bills".
  • Then, click on the three (3) dot-menu at the top right-hand side of the screen.
  • Select "View previous bills".

Alternatively, you may also log in and manage your StarHub account using My Account via your PC's web browser.


IMPORTANT NOTE:

Bills later than six months ago are unable to be viewed on My StarHub App or My Account, you need to request those bills to our Customer Support via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp. Moreover, there is a fee of $5.35 (after GST) per copy for the reprint bill service. We will mail it out within 2 business days, but the delivery time will depend on Singpost.


For terminated accounts, you may still use your Hub iD to log in and view your final bill up to six months after you have closed the account. If you encounter any problems viewing your bills, please don't hesitate to contact us via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp for immediate assistance.

How do I keep my Hub iD account active?

To keep your account active, you will need to log in to My StarHub App, My Account, StarHub TV+ app, or our online shop at least once every 6 months.

If your Hub iD has been deactivated, you can set it up again here using the same email address.

How do you determine if my Hub iD account is inactive?

Your account will be considered inactive if no log-ins are detected for more than 6 months.

I have trouble logging into my Hub iD. What should I do?

Deleting Hub iD

How do I delete my Hub iD?

To delete your Hub iD, please chat with us via Facebook or WhatsApp.

Alternatively, you can also request your Hub iD to be deleted via StarHub App. 

    • Log in using your Hub iD

    • Tap on “More”

    • Tap on “Manage account”

    • Select a service

    • Select “Delete Hub iD” and follow the steps

Can I delete my Hub iD if I still have active StarHub services?

No, you cannot delete your Hub iD if you still have active StarHub services. Your Hub
iD serves as your single login credential to all StarHub digital platforms, and you need
it as an identifier for your account(s) with us and to manage your services online.
Deleting your Hub iD will not terminate your StarHub services. For information on how
to terminate your services, click here.

How long will it take before my Hub iD gets deleted?

Your Hub iD will be deleted immediately from the time your request is processed by our agents.

Can I use the same email that I requested to be deleted before should I decide to create a Hub iD again?

Yes, you can.

Can I cancel my request to delete Hub iD?

Once our agent has processed your request to delete your Hub iD, you cannot cancel it anymore.

You can create a new Hub iD instead, using the same email as before.

What will happen after my Hub iD is deleted?

Your Hub iD serves as your single login credential to the StarHub App, My Account,
and StarHub TV+ app. Without your Hub iD, you will not be able to log in to these
digital platforms.
