How will the 12 November 2024 pricing changes affect my Disney+ subscription?
Disney will be adjusting the monthly subscription fees for Disney+ with effect from 12 November 2024 onwards. This will apply to both new and re-contracting customers signing up for eligible StarHub plans with Disney+ on us.

In view of the new pricing adjustment by Disney+, all Disney+ subscriptions (without contract) via StarHub will automatically be updated to the new monthly subscription rates for Disney+ Standard and Disney+ Premium respectively. The new price will be reflected in your StarHub bill from 17 December 2024 onwards. Should you wish to make changes to the Disney+ plan you are subscribed to, you can do so via the StarHub app before 17 December 2024.
I am currently subscribed to the Disney+ Add-On VAS (with 12-month contract) via StarHub. Will I be impacted by the pricing adjustment on 12 November 2024?
If you signed up for the Disney+ Add-On VAS (with a 12-month contract) via StarHub, you would continue to enjoy the promotional rate of $11.99/month for Disney+ Premium till the end of the 12-month contract period. At the end of your 12-month contract, your Disney+ subscription will be updated to $18.98/month (instead of the previous price of $15.98/month).
How do I check my bundled access end date?
You can check the revised end date on the StarHub app. Here are the steps:
Click on the "Entertainment" icon.
Click on "Manage & Info" under the Disney+ section.
Thereafter, tap on "Manage subscription".
You will then be brought to screen with your activated bundled access and the end date for your entitlement.
How do I deactivate my bundled Disney+ access?
Since your subscription is bundled with your eligible StarHub services, we encourage you to keep Disney+ until the bundled access period ends. You'll receive an alert before the promotion is over, and you can dcheceactivate your Disney+ via the StarHub app following the same steps as checking your bundled access end date.
The "Unsubscribe" button will only appear in the app one (1) month before the end of the bundled access period.

When will my Disney+ access start?
If you’re already subscribed to one of the eligible services, your Disney+ bundled access period will start from the date the StarHub service is activated. You’ll receive a Disney+ activation SMS from us.
What’s the difference between getting bundled Disney+ access through StarHub and subscribing directly to Disney+?
You can save S$15.98/month or $159.98/year with the bundled Disney+ Standard access or S$18.98/month or $189.98/year with the bundled Disney+ Premium access when you sign up for any eligible StarHub plans.
I’ve subscribed to the Disney+ add-on previously. Would I be able to get the bundled access if I sign up for the eligible service?
Yes, you will qualify for Disney+ on us promotion when you sign up for or re-contract to an eligible plan.
I have access to Disney+ directly through Disney. Can I transfer my current Disney+ subscription to StarHub?
A. If you have Disney+ Premium with Disney and bundled access to Disney+ Premium with StarHub OR If you have Disney+ Standard with Disney and bundled access to either Disney+ Premium or Disney+ Standard with StarHub
If you have access to Disney+ directly through Disney, you can still sign up for the StarHub promotion. If you activate the StarHub promotion with the same email address as your existing Disney+ subscription, your existing Disney+ access will be paused and your subscription will be managed through StarHub until cancelled. In this situation, your Disney+ subscription directly through Disney will automatically be un-paused if your subscription through StarHub ends.
B. If you have Disney+ Premium with Disney and bundled access to Disney+ Standard with StarHub
If you have access to Disney+ directly through Disney, you can still sign up for the StarHub promotion. Simply cancel your existing subscription with Disney prior to activating the StarHub promotion. After you have fully cancelled (in most cases, effective at the end of your billing period) your existing Disney+ subscription billed by Disney, simply use the same email address as your existing Disney+ subscription to activate your subscription through StarHub.

What happens after my bundled Disney+ access ends?
You may continue to access Disney+, with a monthly subscription fee of $15.98/month for Disney+ Standard or $18.98/month for Disney+ Premium which will apply from the following month after your current access ends. Not to worry, you will be notified at least one month before your current Disney+ access ends, and you may choose to remove the Disney+ subscription from your StarHub billing account via StarHub app if you do not wish to continue.
Is there a top-up option to upgrade to Disney+ Premium if I’m interested in the Fibre Broadband plans which come bundled with Disney+ Standard?
There is no upgrade option from Disney+ Standard to Disney+ Premium for customers who have signed up for Broadband plans which come bundled with Disney+ Standard for 12 months.

How do I activate my Disney+ access?
You can start activating your Disney+ bundled access via the StarHub app. Once you have activated, you can start streaming on Disney+. Refer to our step-by-step activation guide here.
Can I activate Disney+ access while I'm overseas?
The access to Disney+ can only be activated within Singapore. You may activate your access upon your return from overseas.
Is there a final date to activate my bundled access for Disney+?
We recommend that you activate your bundled access upon the activation of your StarHub service, as your bundled access period will begin from the day you receive your activation SMS or email notification from us.
If I did not activate my Disney+ access, would I be charged for it after the bundled access period ends?
If you did not activate your Disney+ access, there will be no charges after the bundled access period ends.
How do I check my bundled access end date?

How do I stream Disney+ via StarHub?
You can stream Disney+ via mobile app, web browsers, Android TV devices, Apple TV (4th Gen or later), selected smart TV models, and gaming consoles. Refer to the list of supported devices here.
Disney+ is also available on the StarHub TV+ Box and StarHub TV+ Pro. Please ensure your set-top box is updated to the latest firmware version. Alternatively, you may check for system update via the following steps: Go to Android TV Settings > Device +Preferences > About > System update > Check for update.

Where can I download the Disney+ app for my devices? Can I download it while I'm overseas?
You can easily get the Disney+ app from the Play Store for Android and App Store for iOS. Please ensure that Singapore is set as your home region on your Play Store or App Store to download. If you encounter any other issues downloading the app to your device, you may contact Disney+ here.
Alternatively, you may also access Disney+ via your StarHub TV+ Box, StarHub TV+ Pro, PC Web Browsers, Android TV devices, Apple TV (4th Gen or later), selected Smart TVs models and Gaming Consoles. Refer to list of supported devices here.
Can I log in and stream on Disney+ when I'm overseas?
Disney+ is available for streaming in certain countries/regions worldwide. Yes, you will be able to watch your downloaded series and movies in offline mode when you are abroad provided that your version of Disney+ is supported in that country. If your device is online while you are abroad in a country where Disney+ is available, you will also be able to log in and stream content that is available in that country.
Will data charges apply when I stream on Disney+ using mobile devices?
Your data bundle will be deducted/charged accordingly when accessing Disney+. A friendly tip: use your home Wi-Fi to stream to avoid data bill shock, or you can download your favourite shows onto your mobile devices to watch on-the-go without an Internet connection.
How many devices can I stream on at the same time with my Disney+ account?
The number of devices you can stream on simultaneously with your Disney+ account depends on the plan you are entitled/subscribed to. Each Disney+ Standard account allows streaming on up to 2 devices simultaneously while each Disney+ Premium account allows streaming on of up to 4 devices at the same time.
How many profiles can I create on my Disney+ account?
You can create up to 7 profiles with each Disney+ account. Once logged in to Disney+, you can go to Profiles to set up or manage your profiles. Read more.
Can I download movies and shows on Disney+?
You can download the same title as many times as you want on up to 10 devices, provided you have storage space available on your individual device. Downloads will stay in your DOWNLOADS for as long as you remain a subscriber, so long as you connect your Disney+-compatible device with the download to the Internet at least once every 30 days.
Downloads are supported on mobile devices: Apple and Android phones/tablets, as well as on the Amazon Fire Tablet apps.
Is there restricted content on Disney+?
Yes, some of the content included within the Star brand is considered 'mature' and may not be suitable for all audiences. The best way to ensure that others are not able to access this content is to set them up with their own profile(s) — you can either create a kid's profile or set the content rating below 14+. Please refer to the next question to learn more about other parental controls that help keep Disney+ suitable for all ages.

I want to cast the Disney+ show I'm watching on my phone to my TV screen. How do I do it?
If you have a StarHub TV+ set-top box, you can cast what you’re watching on your phone to your TV by setting up Chromecast on your StarHub TV+ Box or StarHub TV+ Pro. You can read the detailed steps here.
Disney+ also supports Chromecast and Airplay. You can read more about wirelessly streaming Disney+ content from your Android or iOS mobile device to your TV here.
For other devices, you may refer to the device manufacturer for a quick guide on how to set up or mirror content to your TV.
Disney+ Add-On
How can I get Disney+ as an add-on to my StarHub service?
You can subscribe to Disney+ Premium as an add-on service via StarHub app. Disney+ Standard will not be available as an add-on service.
Click on the "Entertainment" icon.
Click on "Manage & Info" under the Disney+ section.
Thereafter, tap on "Manage subscription".
Select "Subscribe" from the top menu bar. Choose the StarHub service you wish to add Disney+ and press "Next".
Click "Confirm" thereafter.
Who can sign up for Disney+ as an add-on subscription?
All StarHub customers with a postpaid consumer service (Mobile*, Broadband or TV), and have no outstanding balance with StarHub, are eligible to subscribe to Disney+ Premium as an add-on subscription.

Is there a contract period for the Disney+ add-on?
There is a 12-month contract for the Disney+ add-on subscription. If you wish to terminate within the contract period, there will be an Early Termination Charge (ETC) based on the usual monthly subscription charges for Disney+ Premium ($18.98/month) multiplied by your remaining months of the contract.
Is the Disney+ add-on monthly subscription fee pro-rated?
The monthly subscription fee of Disney+ will not be pro-rated. You will be charged for the full month even if you signed up for the Disney+ service after the start of the month. For example, if you subscribed to the Disney+ service on the 15th of a calendar month, you will still be charged for the full calendar month. Billing cycle for Disney+ will work independently of your existing StarHub billing cycle.
Can I subscribe to the Disney+ add-on when I’m overseas?
You will be able to subscribe to Disney+ add-on upon your return to Singapore.
How do I unsubscribe from my Disney+ add-on subscription after the contract period?
You can unsubscribe via the StarHub app after the commitment period.
Go to the "Entertainment" tab on StarHub app.
Select "Unsubscribe" under Disney+.
Submit your request. You will receive an SMS or email once your request is processed.
I have subscribed to Disney+ as an add-on subscription. Can I sign up for the Disney+ on us promotion that’s bundled with eligible TV+ or Broadband plans?
Yes, you can. If you are an existing StarHub TV or Broadband customer with the Disney+ add-on subscription, your Disney+ add-on will be automatically converted without any Early Termination Charge upon your successful re-contract to the StarHub TV+ or HomeHub+ plan with eligible passes or StarHub Broadband UltraSpeed 10Gbps plan respectively.

How do I ensure I keep Disney+ access throughout the promotion period?
You need to maintain your StarHub subscription, e.g. at least 2 TV+ Passes or 1 TV+ Pass (excluding Starter+) with HBO Pak or Premier+, to keep your bundled Disney+ access throughout the bundled access period. If you make changes to your subscription and it no longer meets the eligible plan requirements, your Disney+ access will be terminated immediately.
Should your subscription meet the eligible plan requirements again, your Disney+ bundled access will resume. However, you’ll need to reactivate your Disney+ account. There will be no change to the end date of your Disney+ bundled access period.
If I make changes to my subscription, would my Disney+ access continue?
If you make changes to your subscription and it no longer meets the eligible plan requirements, your Disney+ access will be terminated immediately.
Should your subscription meet the eligible plan requirements again, your Disney+ bundled access will resume. Your Disney+ access will resume using the same email address you have used for activation previously. There will be no change to the end date of your Disney+ bundled access period.
What happens to my Disney+ access if my StarHub service is suspended?
Your Disney+ access will be paused. You can activate your Disney+ access again once your TV+ service is reinstated.
What happens to my Disney+ access if my StarHub service is terminated?
Unfortunately, your Disney+ access with StarHub will be terminated as well. You may subscribe to Disney+ directly to continue enjoying the service.
How do I know which type of TV plan am I currently subscribed to?
Not sure which TV plan you are on? No worries, here are 2 quick ways to check.

Open StarHub app, log in and go to TV tab
Your Plan Type will show if you are on “StarHub TV+”, “Entertainment Passes” or “Basic Group” plan
Set-top box
The type of set-top box you are using will also indicate which plan you are on.
I have access to Disney+ directly through Disney. Can I transfer my Disney+ subscription to StarHub?
A. If you have Disney+ Premium with Disney and bundled access to Disney+ Premium with StarHub OR If you have Disney+ Standard with Disney and bundled access to either Disney+ Premium or Disney+ Standard with StarHub

I did not receive any activation message for Disney+. What should I do?
You may wish to check if your email address and mobile contact number with StarHub are up-to-date. You may also want to check if the activation email is in your junk mailbox.
Alternatively, you can log in to StarHub app and activate your Disney+ bundled access on your own. Once you have activated, you can start streaming on Disney+. Refer to our step-by-step activation guide here.
I have forgotten my registered email address for Disney+ or am encountering a problem with logging in/using the Disney+ app, what should I do?

You may be asked for your Disney+ ID for verification of your subscription. To find out your Disney+ ID, simply follow these steps.
Log in to StarHub app and click on the "Entertainment" icon.

Sharing your Disney+ subscription
Can I share my Disney+ subscription?
Disney+ is only intended to be used by people in the same Household. A Household is a collection of devices associated with your primary personal residence that are used by the individuals who reside there. People outside of your Household can sign up for their own account to watch Disney+ or can be added on as an Extra Member.
Can I add an Extra Member to my Disney+ subscription if I’m billed by StarHub?
Currently, the Extra Member is only available with subscriptions that are billed directly by Disney+.
How do I set up or update my Household?
Disney+ will automatically detect and establish your Household based on your subscription activity, linked devices and internet connection, among other factors. Learn more here.
How do I connect a device to my Household?
Set up your new device by simply logging in to Disney+ and watching from home.
Once logged in, your device will be linked to your Disney+ subscription – and by connecting to your home internet and streaming, your device will be recognised as part of your Household

I’m getting a message about sharing my subscription or my TV not being in the Household. What should I do?
If a TV-connected device is not recognised as part of your Household, you may see one of the following messages when streaming Disney+:
