Disney+ Activation Step-by-Step Guide
Activate your Disney+ access in 5 simple steps:
Upon signing up to one of the eligible plans, look out for the SMS and/or email that will be sent to your registered mobile number or email with StarHub within 24 hours once your StarHub service has been fully activated.
Click on the activation link in the SMS and/or email on your mobile device to go to My StarHub App.
If you are not using the latest version of My StarHub App, please update your app in the App Store or Google Play Store.
The activation link will lead you directly to the Disney+ Subscription page.
Alternatively, you can also open My StarHub App, go to the Lifestyle tab and select Manage under the Disney+ Subscription.
The Disney+ Subscription page will display the Disney+ access that’s tied to your StarHub Service.
Click Activate now to proceed to the Disney+ webpage to register a Disney+ account.
If you have signed up for more than one eligible plan, you can enjoy one Disney+ access with each eligible plan. However, you will be required to use a different email address to register for separate Disney+ accounts.
On the Disney+ webpage, enter an email address and password to create your Disney+ account.
If you are entitled to more than one Disney+ access, please use a different email address and password to create separate Disney+ accounts.
You are all set to go! You can start streaming on www.disneyplus.com or download the app on your mobile devices.
Your Disney+ bundled access period will start on 23 February 2021 when Disney+ is launched, or from the date the StarHub Service is activated, whichever is the later.
To take advantage of the bundled access, you are encouraged to activate your Disney+ account within 30 days from receiving the activation link.
Regardless of activation date, the Disney+ bundled access will end upon the expiry of the prescribed bundled access period tied to the StarHub Service.
Customer signs up/recontracts to an eligible plan on 23 February 2021 and is entitled to 12 months of Disney+ on us.
If the StarHub Service is activated on 23 Feb 2021 and customer activates Disney+ via My StarHub App on 10 April 2021.
Disney+ bundled access period starts from 23 Feb 2021 till 22 Feb 2022.
If the StarHub Service is activated on 26 Feb 2021 and customer activates Disney+ via My StarHub App on 10 April 2021.
Disney+ bundled access period starts from 26 Feb 2021 till 25 Feb 2022.

The Disney+ activation page in My StarHub App will display the Disney+ access that’s tied to the StarHub service.
You can access Disney+ via Mobile App, PC Web Browsers, Android TV devices, Apple TV (4th Gen), selected Smart TVs models and Gaming Consoles. Refer to list of supported devices here.
Disney+ is also available on the StarHub TV+ box.
Yes, the Disney+ App will be pre-loaded as part of the new StarHub TV+ Box firmware (Version 1.2.1). You will be able to find the Disney+ App on the Home Screen of the StarHub TV+ Box.
Go to Android TV Settings > Device Preferences > About > System update
Select Check for update
Download the Software Update
Select Restart now
You can access the Disney+ App via any of the following ways:

b.) Home Screen - Banner
c.) Press Channel Number 524 on your remote control

To sign in to the Disney+ App on the StarHub TV+ Box, you will first need to activate your Disney+ account via My StarHub App.
