Check Bill Balance

Via StarHub App
  1. Download the StarHub app on the App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Log in with your Hub iD.
  3. Tap ‘Pay’.
  4. Select a service.
  5. To view the current bill, tap ‘View bill’.
  6. For previous bills, tap the 3 dots icon then select "View previous bills".

Via My Account
  1. Log in with your Hub iD via StarHub website.
  2. Go to “My Account”.
  3. Find and select "My bills".
  4. To view your past bills, scroll down to the "Download Bills" section.
