What is Happy Data 30?
Happy Data 30 is a new prepaid plan that deliver higher value and flexibility to our customers.

^4G Data is applicable for use in Singapore and also use in Happy Roam destinations.
Who is eligible for Happy Plan?
All StarHub prepaid voice SIM users can activate Happy Plan.
How can I buy/activate Happy Data 30 and check my balance?
You need to use your main wallet credit to buy Happy Data 30. You can buy/activate it and check your balance via StarHub Prepaid App > "Top up" page > "WOW Data Plans" page or dial *123*8#.
Why can't I buy Happy Plan through a top-up?
These plans are currently not available through top-ups.
How can I extend the validity of these plans?
Customers can extend the validity by activating another Happy Data 30 or add-on plan. Validity is capped at 60 days from date of the last activation.
Can I activate the plan if my main wallet balance is expiring?
You cannot activate any Happy Plan if its validity is after main expiry date. Please perform a top up before activating the plan as you need sufficient main wallet credits to activate a Happy Plan.
Is there a validity cap for Happy Data 30?
The validity is capped at 60 days from date of the last activation.
Is there a limit to how many times I can subscribe to Happy Data 30 per month?
While there's no limit to how many times you can subscribe to Happy Data 30, there is a cap on the validity and the plan entitlements.
1. 60-day validity, from last point of activation
2. 9GB for use in local and across our happy roam destinations
3. 450 minutes of local outgoing calls
4. 1800 local SMS
In case one of the entitlements has reached the cap, the others can still be topped up. If all have reached the set limit, you will not be able to activate Happy Data 30 or any other Happy Plan.
Does Happy Plan come with Free local Incoming Calls?
Free local incoming calls are applicable to Happy Data 30 and all Happy Plan add-ons.
Is the bundled data within Happy Data 30 and Add-Ons on 4G?
Yes, bundled data is up to 4G speed.
