What is StarHub CIS?
StarHub's Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) is an exclusive employee benefits programme designed to reward you. Through your company's partnership with us, you get to unlock perks, including special discounts on monthly mobile and broadband plans, plus exclusive savings on the latest devices.
The account and billing are entirely under your own name, making it completely personal and private to you.
How do I know if my company is a participating company under StarHub CIS programme?
You can confirm your eligibility by heading over to a StarHub shop and we'll do a quick check. Alternatively, you can ask your company’s Human Resources (HR) department.
How can I enjoy CIS privileges at StarHub Online Store if I do not have a corporate email address?
Don’t worry, you won't miss out on your exclusive CIS savings! If you don't have a work email address, please visit a StarHub shop to unlock your CIS benefits.
If you have an access code, you can apply it during checkout.
What are the monthly subscription discounts I can enjoy under my company?

To check on the CIS discounts that you can enjoy, please check with your company's HR or simply visit any StarHub Shop with your Staff Pass or show proof of employment to our team.
How do I apply or sign up for line under StarHub CIS?
You can sign up for our contract-free 5G Unlimited+ Plans (Core and above) at any StarHub Shop or Exclusive Partner outlet.
Please bring along the following documents:
Proof of Employment: Staff Pass / Staff medical card / Payslip / HR-endorsed employment document issued within 3 months.
For Singapore Citizens & Permanent Residents: NRIC (physical or Digital NRIC on the Singpass app).
For Foreign Residents: Passport (with at least 6 months validity), Employment Pass / ONE Pass / Work Permit (minimum 6 months validity), and Proof of Billing Address (e.g. utility bill or bank statement).
Note: Subscription eligibility is subject to a standard assessment at the point of sale.
How many CIS lines can I sign up for?
As a CIS customer (including NTUC Union Members), you can share the perks by signing up for up to 4 mobile lines with exclusive CIS discounts.

I am currently a SingTel or M1 subscriber. Can I switch to StarHub and retain my mobile number?
Yes. You can switch to StarHub and keep the same mobile number by porting your line from your current service provider. Simply request for a number port-in at any StarHub shop or on the StarHub app.
To ensure a seamless port-in, follow these simple steps:
1. Keep your line active: Please do not cancel your plan with your current provider. We will handle the transfer and cancellation for you.
2. Clear any balances: Make sure you have no outstanding bills or active lock-in contracts with your current provider.
Once you collect your new StarHub SIM card or set up your new eSIM, your number will successfully switch over to us within 2 to 5 working days.
I am currently on a CIS Lite/XS/S/M/L/XL plan or #hellochange 2-year plan. Upon expiry of my contract, can I stay on my current plan and continue to enjoy my CIS monthly subscription discounts?
Your CIS monthly discount will end once your contract is fulfilled. To keep enjoying your exclusive savings, we encourage you to upgrade to our contract-free 5G Unlimited+ Plans (Core and above) to:
- Continue enjoying CIS exclusive savings on up to 4 mobile lines.
- Unlock more device savings if you're looking for a new phone!

I am currently on an older CIS mobile plan. Can I switch to the new plans and keep my CIS monthly discounts?
If you are currently in the middle of an active contract, your existing CIS discount won't carry over to the new plan. To enjoy the special CIS discounted rates on our new 5G Unlimited+ Plans (Core and above), you can sign up for a new line once your current contract is fulfilled.
When you're ready to add a new line, remember you can extend your CIS benefits to up to 4 mobile lines for your family!
Can I get a CIS discount on SIM Only plans?
Yes! Enjoy exclusive CIS discounts on our contract-free SIM Only plans when you choose our 5G Unlimited+ Plans (Core and above).
Get unlimited local 5G data, built-in global roaming and unlimited calls/SMS in 165 destinations. Plus, be rewarded with monthly DeviceDollars to offset the cost of your device when you're ready to upgrade.
I currently have more than 4 CIS lines. Can I keep my CIS monthly discounts when I switch plans?
When you switch or sign up for our 5G Unlimited+ Plans (Core and above), your CIS monthly subscription discounts will apply for up to 4 of your eligible mobile lines.
Feel free to add more lines for the family! While your 5th line won't receive a CIS discount, any additional eligible lines from your 6th plan onwards will automatically qualify for our multi-line discounts.
