What is StarHub CIS?

StarHub's Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) is an employees’ benefit programme. Discover a world of exclusive benefits ranging from discounts off mobile subscriptions to special handset offers. Every career has its own rewards, but membership truly has its privileges. Subscriptions are billed to the individual employee of the company, under personal liability.

How do I know if my company is a participating company under StarHub CIS programme?

To check if your company is eligible for StarHub CIS benefits, you may:

  • Check with your company's HR department, or
  • Email cistelesales@starhub.com (Operating hours are Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm).

How can I enjoy CIS privileges at Starhub Online Store if I do not have a corporate email address?

For all CIS customers who do not have a corporate email address, you may use your corporate/membership access code to access your CIS privileges at our StarHub Online Store. You may get your corporate access code from your company’s HR or get your membership access code from your membership's website.

What is corporate/membership access code and where do I retrieve it?

The corporate/membership access code is a unique alphanumeric code to access your CIS privileges at our StarHub Online Store. You may get your corporate access code from your company’s HR or get your membership access code from your membership's website.

What is the monthly subscription discount that I can enjoy under my company’s StarHub CIS programme?

You can find out the discount simply by logging in to the StarHub Online Store with your corporate email address or your corporate/membership access code. It’s that easy. Alternatively, you can email cistelesales@starhub.com (Operating hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm) to find out the subscription discounts you can enjoy.


Sign up to our Mobile+ 2-year plan and enjoy your monthly subscription discount for a period of 36 months!

How do I sign up for a new line or recontract under StarHub CIS?

You can sign up, hassle-free via our StarHub Online Store with your corporate email address or your corporate/membership access code and enjoy free delivery for your SIM card or mobile phone. Alternatively, visit any of our StarHub Shops or Exclusive Partner outlets.


Please bring along/provide a copy of your Staff Pass/Staff medical card/Payslip/Proof of employment document endorsed by Company’s HR issued within 3 months from date of sign-up/recontract and the following:


For Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

  • NRIC (front and back)


For Foreigner (Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass / Employment Pass Holder)

  • Passport (at least 6 months' validity)
  • Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass / Employment Pass/ Work permit (at least 6 months' validity)
  • Proof of Billing Address (eg. utilities bill & bank statement)


A deposit ranging from $200 - $800 may apply for every sign-up of selected mobile plans.

Your subscription eligibility is based on the assessment that StarHub conducts at the point of sale.

How many CIS lines can I sign up?

Your subscription eligibility is based on the eligibility assessment that StarHub will conduct at the point of sale. CIS customers (including NTUC Union Members) can sign up to 4 CIS lines (a 24-month equipment contract will apply for each line). For any eligible additional lines, you will not be eligible for further CIS discounts.

I am currently a SingTel or M1 subscriber. Can I subscribe to StarHub and retain my mobile number?

Yes. We offer free permanent Number Retention service for your SingTel or M1 number. Please do not terminate your SingTel or M1 number on your own and ensure that you do not have any outstanding bills and are not under any binding contract with SingTel or M1. Please fill up the Number Retention form. The Number Retention service will take effect about 2-5 working days from the day you collect the SIM card.

Can I convert my existing StarHub personal line to StarHub CIS Plan?

Yes, if your contract is due for renewal, simply do a recontract to our new plans to enjoy CIS monthly subscription discounts. An early recontract fee applies if you do a recontract after 12 months (before 21 months) of your existing mobile contract.

I am currently on a CIS Lite/XS/S/M/L/XL plan or #hellochange 2-year plan. Upon expiry of my contract, can I stay on my current plan and continue to enjoy my CIS monthly subscription discounts?

Yes, you can continue to stay on your current plan but your CIS discount will end upon the fulfilment of your contract. We encourage you to upgrade to our Mobile+ 2-year plans to continue enjoying subscription discounts (on up to 4 lines) and attractive handsets discounts.

I am currently a CIS customer on older mobile plan. Can I change to the new mobile plans and enjoy my existing CIS monthly subscription discounts?

When changing to our new mobile plans (within contract), CIS discounted monthly rates will not apply. CIS discounts will only be applicable upon new sign up or recontract to our new 2-year mobile plans. You can only extend your perks to up to 4 CIS mobile lines.

Is there CIS discount on SIM Only Plans?

Our SIM Only plans offer big data and outgoing mins bundles at very affordable prices. Hence, CIS discounts are not applicable with our SIM Only plans.

I currently have more than 4 CIS lines, can I still enjoy my prevailing CIS monthly subscription discounts when I recontract to the Mobile+ plans?

Eligible CIS customers will still enjoy the same monthly subscription discounts on up to 4 mobile lines if they upgrade to a Mobile+ plan. You can also upgrade your 5th and above mobile line to a Mobile+ 2-year plan under a non-CIS scheme.


The Mobile+ 2-year plans come bundled with FREE entertainment, a huge data bundle, talktime and SMS along with FREE Caller Number Display for 24 months.


Plus, you can also enjoy first-hand access to trial and experience our 5G network. Simply get a 5G device* and be in an area covered by our 5G network.
