We will send an activation link via SMS and/or email within 24 hours after your StarHub service has been fully activated.

If you have an existing Viu Premium subscription, log out of your app before activating your complimentary access.

Step 1: Click on the activation link that will lead you to download the Viu mobile app or open the Viu mobile app on your mobile device. Please update your existing Viu mobile app to the latest version (Version 1.52.0 onwards) via App Store or Google Play Store.

Alternatively, open the Viu app directly on your mobile device, tap the menu on the upper left side of the home page, select “Upgrade Now / Login”, and select the StarHub icon.

Step 2: Enter your Hub iD and Password

Step 3:

A) If you are a new user to Viu, sign up for a Viu account and the app will link it to your StarHub account.

B) If you are an existing Viu free user, you can either use your current Viu account or create a new Viu free account for the app to link to your StarHub account.

C) If you are an existing Viu Premium user, you will need to create a new Viu account to link to your StarHub account.

Step 4: Once linked, you will see this message:

First, you will need to activate your Viu Premium complimentary access using your Hub iD on the Viu mobile app.

Thereafter, you can access the Viu app on the StarHub TV+ Box or StarHub TV+ Pro by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to Featured Apps on the Home screen and scroll to the right

Step 2: Install the Viu app from the Google Play Store.

Note: You will need to sign in with your Google account if you have not done so.

Step 3: Once installed, open the Viu app and choose the connection method:

Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions to log in to the Viu app on StarHub TV+ Box or StarHub TV+ Pro using your Viu mobile app.
