Using Voice over LTE (VoLTE) technology, HD Voice+ delivers crystal clear phone call quality with reduced background noise and quicker call set-up time on StarHub’s nationwide 4G network. While on a HD Voice+ call, you will be able to access mobile data services at 4G speeds simultaneously too!

Do I have to pay for HD Voice+?

No, HD Voice+ is absolutely free! Just like normal voice calls, HD Voice+ call usage will be deducted from your talk time bundle. Thereafter, excess talk time usage charge applies at prevailing Prepaid voice call rate.

Will HD Voice+ calls use data from my bundled data allowance?

No, the use of HD voice+ calls will not deduct data from your bundled data allowance.

Is mobile data required for HD Voice+ calls?

Yes, you will have to turn on mobile data on your phone to make HD Voice+ calls.

How do I activate HD Voice+ on my phone?

For iOS users: Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Enable 4G Voice

For Android users: Settings > SIM & Mobile Network > Network Settings > VoLTE calls ON

How do I know that HD Voice+ is activated on my phone?

If you are using a HD Voice+ supported handset, your screen will display the “4G” or “LTE” icon when you are

making HD Voice+ calls.

What will happen to my HD Voice+ call when my phone switches from 4G to 3G?

Not to worry, your call will continue seamlessly even if your phone switches from 4G to 3G.

Is HD Voice+ available when I am roaming?

No, HD Voice+ is currently not available when you are roaming.
