How can we help you today?
The eSIM service, which was previously offered only for Samsung Galaxy Gear S3 Frontier, is no longer available for new sign-ups from 2 December 2019. NOTE: It is also not available for any other device.
Existing customers with eSIM can continue to use the service. However, should you delete your eSIM, you will not be able to re-download it from 1 January 2020.

Why is StarHub no longer offering eSIM?
We have upgraded our eSIM service to support the latest cellular watches such as Apple Watch Series 3/4/5, and Samsung Galaxy Watch and Active2. As such, we will no longer support the first generation of eSIM.
I need a replacement eSIM and tried to scan the eSIM card provided to me but there is an error message. What should I do?

Alternatively, you can upgrade to a compatible cellular watch such as Samsung Galaxy Active2 / Galaxy Watch / Apple Watch Series 3 / 4 / 5 and sign up to NumberShare. Get FREE 3 months of NumberShare (U.P. $6/month) with our Mobile+ or 4G mobile plans.
