The eSIM service, which was previously offered only for Samsung Galaxy Gear S3 Frontier, is no longer available for new sign-ups from 2 December 2019. NOTE: It is also not available for any other device.
Existing customers with eSIM can continue to use the service. However, should you delete your eSIM, you will not be able to re-download it from 1 January 2020.

Why is StarHub no longer offering eSIM?

I need a replacement eSIM and tried to scan the eSIM card provided to me but there is an error message. What should I do?
