This service is no longer available for new sign-ups for Samsung Gear S3 from 2 December 2019 onwards.
Existing customers with eSIM can continue to use the service. However, should you delete eSIM now, you will not be able to re-download the service from 1 Jan 2020.

We have upgraded our eSIM service to support the latest cellular watches such as Apple Watch Series 3/4/5, and Samsung Galaxy Watch and Active2. As such, we will no longer support the first generation of eSIM.
Unfortunately, we can no longer support eSIM download on Samsung Galaxy S3 Frontier as this watch is unable to support the new version of eSIM. However, you can still enjoy your existing Multi-SIM service on your watch.

Yes, you can continue using the service with your current eSIM on your watch.
You can request to change your eSIM to physical SIM by calling our hotline (1633) or visit any StarHub Shop.
NumberShare is currently available for Samsung Galaxy LTE and Active 2 Cellular watch. You’re unable to subscribe to NumberShare as Samsung Galaxy Gear S3 Frontier is not able to support our latest eSIM service.
