Delivery is on weekdays only, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Will I be charged if I reschedule the delivery?

Rescheduling your delivery appointment is free. Please make the changes at https://starhub.ptcd2h.com/StarhubDelivery at least 1 working day in advance (not including Saturday and Sunday) and before 4:30 p.m. from your original scheduled delivery. Otherwise, you will be charged $12.96 (with GST) per trip for any unsuccessful delivery.

How many days in advance should I inform the courier company if I need to reschedule my delivery?

I missed the delivery appointment for the free Oppo Reno7 Z 5G. What should I do, and will I be charged for subsequent delivery arranged?

The courier company will contact you again within 3 working days to arrange for re-delivery. You can also reschedule your delivery appointment at https://starhub.ptcd2h.com/StarhubDelivery. Delivery date and time for re-delivery will be subject to slot availability. Do note that there is a charge of $12.96 (with GST) per trip, payable by cash or PayNow, for unsuccessful deliveries.

Yes, the free Oppo Reno7 Z 5G comes with 2 years warranty. You will be required to bring a copy of your service agreement and delivery order to the service centre if your mobile phone needs servicing. Kindly ensure that you check your free mobile phone upon delivery. StarHub will not be liable for any defects of this premium.

What happens if I do not receive a copy of the Delivery Order from the courier?

Do remind the courier to give you a copy of the Delivery Order on the day of delivery of your Oppo Reno7 Z 5G. If  you need to reach out to the courier for assistance, please submit a ticket at https://starhub.ptcd2h.com/StarhubDelivery, and they will respond to you via email within 3 working days.
