How To Subscribe & Activate

Via StarHub app

  • Log in using Hub iD
  • Select “Mobile”
  • Choose the mobile number and tap “Add-ons”
  • Scroll down to “Roaming” and tap “Explore”
  • Tap “Activate roaming service”
  • Select “International Roaming” and tap “Next”
  • Confirm your selection


Via My Account

  • Log in using Hub iD
  • Go to “Manage My Services” then click “View & Manage” under the mobile service for which International Roaming will be added
  • Go to “My Value-Added Services” then click “Modify”
  • Search for “International Roaming” then click “Add Service”
  • Submit your request


You’ll receive an SMS confirmation once your request has been completed. You can also check in the app or My Account if roaming has been activated.

Via StarHub app

  • Log in using Hub iD
  • Select “Mobile”
  • Choose the mobile number and tap “Add-ons”
  • Scroll down to “Roaming” and tap “Explore”
  • Tap “Activate roaming service”
  • Select “Pay As You Roam” and tap “Next”
  • Confirm your selection


Via My Account

  • Log in using Hub iD
  • Go to “Manage My Services” then click “View & Manage” under the mobile service for which Pay-As-You-Roam will be added
  • Go to “My Value-Added Services” then click “Modify”
  • Search for "Pay-As-You-Roam" then click “Add Service”
  • Submit your request


You’ll receive an SMS confirmation once your request has been completed. You can also check in the app or My Account if roaming has been activated.


Note:

*International Roaming is FREE for customers on $25/$38/$45 SIM Only and $69/$99/$129/$169 2-year plans. A monthly subscription of $10 (zero rated GST) and one-time charge of $10.90 applies for customers on other mobile plans.

If you lose your mobile phone or SIM card, please call our Customer Care Consultants immediately to suspend the service. Do visit our Customer Service Centre to reactivate the service within 30 days or the service will be terminated.

How to activate (phone settings)

Phone Settings

For Autoroam:
Switch on your mobile phone so that your location can be updated on StarHub's Roaming Partner's network. It will automatically select the network with the strongest signal.

For Manual Roam:
Set your mobile phone to "Manual Selection" and it will display all the networks available in that area. Please refer to your mobile phone user manual for more instructions to carry out manual selection.

Retrieve Voice Messages

To retrieve your voice messages while roaming:


1. Dial +65 91841303 (Retrieval).
2. Key in your StarHub Mobile number followed by #
3. Key in your password when prompted (default password is 8888).
4. You may now access your voice messages.
