You can only purchase 1 unit of Google Home Mini at discounted price with sign up or contract to StarHub services with min 12 months contract. You can purchase additional units at StarHub retail outlets at recommended retail price, while stocks last.

The warranty period for Google Home Mini will be 12 months from the date of purchase.

What can I do if my Google Home Mini is faulty?

You can bring your Google devices to the service centre along with the proof of purchase if they are still within the 12-month warranty period.

For customers who purchase the Google Home Mini from StarHub retail outlets, please keep your receipt as proof of purchase for your warranty support. For customers who receive your Google Home Mini during the installation of your StarHub services, please keep your StarHub Service Agreement form as proof of purchase for your warranty support.

What do I need to bring to the service centre?

Please bring along the faulty Google Home Mini (including the cables) and your proof of purchase. For customers who purchased the Google Home Mini from StarHub retail outlets, please keep your receipt as proof of purchase for your warranty support. For customers who received your Google Home Mini during the installation of your StarHub services, please keep your Service Agreement form as proof of purchase for your warranty support.

If I transfer the unit to someone else, is the warranty still valid?

The warranty is valid if the Google device is still within the 12-month warranty period with valid proof of purchase (Receipt or Service Agreement form).
