Cessation of MaxMobile Datapack
We're always reviewing our mobile broadband plans to provide you with better value and faster connections. And in doing so, we sometimes have to withdraw, suspend or change our services to serve you better.
Hence, we wish to inform you that the offering of free MaxMobile Datapack will be ceased progressively from 14 August 2017 till 30 September 2017. The affected plans are MaxMobile DP Mif Plus, MaxMobile DP MOL Plus and MaxMobile DataPack MOL UltPlus. Customers will no longer be able to access their StarHub Mobile Broadband service if they are subscribed to these plans.

Cessation of Outbound SMTP
NOTE: StarHub will retire its SMTP server with effect from 18 June 2018. Hence, 3rd party email account users will no longer be able to send email via StarHub SMTP server.
What is StarHub SMTP server?
SMTP stands for “Simple Mail Transfer Protocol”. It is a protocol used for sending emails over the Internet.
StarHub SMTP server was created to support the email service, i.Mail that has ceased in 2014.
Why is StarHub ceasing its SMTP server and what is the impact?
As part of the end-of-life process for StarHub i.Mail service, we are retiring our SMTP server starting from 18 June 2018. Customers who are using our SMTP server to deliver outgoing emails will no longer be able to do so.
Why can’t I send emails using my email software e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Mac Mail?
You will not be able to send emails on your email software if the outgoing mail server is set as StarHub SMTP server, which has ceased with effect from 18 June 2018.
How do I check if my outgoing mail server is set as StarHub SMTP server?
Depending on the email software you are using, you can proceed to software setting to check if your outgoing mail server is set as "smtp.starhub.net.sg".
I need to send my emails. What is your recommendation?
As we have ceased our SMTP server with effect from 18 June 2018, please contact your email account provider for alternative solutions.
