1. Who is eligible for the 3-month Amazon Prime membership?

All customers on our Mobile+ or new 4G mobile plans can enjoy 3 months of Amazon Prime membership (U.P S$2.99/month) on us! Simply renew or sign up now to enjoy this offer. No need to sign up to multi-service bundles to be eligible. Terms and conditions apply. All customers must accept Amazon Prime Terms of Use.

 

2. How long is the promotion period for the 3-month Amazon Prime membership?

Any customer who renews or signs up to a Mobile+ or new 4G mobile plan will enjoy the 3 months of Amazon Prime membership on us! Promotion is valid till further notice.

 

3. How do I activate my Amazon Prime membership?

Activate your membership in 5 simple steps upon successful sign-up or renewal of your Mobile+ or new 4G mobile plan:

  1. You will receive an SMS to activate the membership via My StarHub App. Ensure that the app is the latest version or at least version 5.1.11.
  2. Launch My StarHub App and click "Add-ons" on the homepage. 
  3. Select "Featured Services" and click "Manage". 
  4. Click "Subscribe now" and you will be re-directed to Amazon’s webpage for further instructions on how to sign up.
  5. Click "Sign up now" to access Amazon’s authentication page. Sign in or create a new Amazon account and you’re done!

You will receive an SMS and email confirmation upon successful activation.

 

4. I have received the 3-month Amazon Prime membership for my mobile number. Is there an expiry date? Do I need to activate it immediately?

We urge you to activate your Amazon Prime membership as soon as possible because the offer will be valid for 30 days from the sign-up or renewal date of your Mobile+ or new 4G mobile plan. You can activate your membership easily via My StarHub App. Click here for a step-by-step guide.

 

5. What happens to my Amazon Prime membership after the 3-month period?

We hope you enjoyed your Amazon Prime membership on us! Your membership will continue at S$2.99/month from the 4th month. The amount will be charged to your StarHub mobile bill, giving you greater convenience of one bill.   

Should you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so anytime via My StarHub App, with no cancellation fees!

 

6. Will there be any early termination fee if I decide to cancel my Amazon Prime membership?

We’re reaffirming our promise to remove hidden fees, so there are no termination fees. You have full control to choose how long you want to enjoy your Amazon Prime membership or cancel it anytime via My StarHub App.

 

7. I have an existing Amazon Prime membership with Amazon. Can I transfer StarHub’s offer to my existing account?

If you are already an Amazon Prime member, you can activate the offer through StarHub, once your membership has ended with Amazon. To know more about your existing membership details, please visit the "Manage Prime membership page’ within the Amazon shopping app.

 

8. What will happen to my Amazon Prime membership if my mobile number is suspended?

You will still be able to enjoy your Amazon Prime membership benefits until the next renewal cycle.

Example: Your mobile number is suspended on 5 February and the next renewal is on 5 March, you will be able to access your Amazon Prime membership till 4 March. Thereafter, if your mobile number is still suspended, your Amazon Prime membership will be terminated.

 

9. What will happen to my Amazon Prime membership if I terminate my mobile number?

Unfortunately, your Amazon Prime membership with StarHub will be terminated as well.

 

10. Do I sign up for the Amazon Prime membership with my mobile number or email address?

It’s up to you! You can sign up using either your mobile number or email address. However, we recommend signing up with your email address as you may not be able to log into your Amazon account with your mobile number should you choose to terminate your mobile line in the future.

 

11. How do I terminate my Amazon Prime membership with StarHub?

You have full control and can choose how long you want to be on Amazon Prime membership. Should you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so anytime via My StarHub App.

 

12. I have not renewed or signed up for a Mobile+ or new 4G mobile plan. Am I still eligible for the Amazon Prime membership?

Yes, of course! You are eligible for the FREE 30-day Amazon Prime membership trial! Simply activate your FREE trial via My StarHub App. Click here for a step-by-step guide.

Your membership will continue automatically at S$2.99/month from the 2nd month. The amount will be charged to your StarHub mobile bill, giving you greater convenience of one bill.  

 

13. I just ported my mobile number to StarHub. Am I eligible for 3-month Amazon Prime membership offer?

All customers who renew or sign up to a Mobile+ or new 4G mobile plan can enjoy 3 months of Amazon Prime membership (U.P S$2.99/month) on us! 16. How will I know that my Amazon Prime membership status is active?

You will receive a confirmation email from Amazon that you are an Amazon Prime member, and see a successful activation status for your membership through StarHub. Do note that any mobile data used while downloading the apps or using Amazon.sg, Prime Now, Prime Video and Twitch Prime will be deducted from your data allowance bundle.

 

17. Which mobile apps should I download to enjoy my Amazon Prime membership benefits on the go?

Amazon Shopping, Prime Now, Prime Video and Twitch Prime. 

 

18. When can I start enjoying my Amazon Prime membership benefits?

Once you have successfully activated your account, you can start enjoying the full range of Amazon Prime membership benefits!  

 

19. Can I use my Amazon Prime membership outside of Singapore?

Yes, of course! You will be able to stream or download content on Prime Video and Twitch Prime wherever you are. For shopping/delivery, do note that it's only applicable for local addresses. 

 

20. I have forgotten my Amazon account login details. How can I access my account again? 

Reset your account in 3 simple steps:

  • Go to Amazon.sg and click "Sign In". 
  • Expand "Need help?" and click "Forgot your password?". 
  • Key in your email address or mobile number, and you will receive a security code to reset your password.
