How do I redeem my Samsung Tablet?

The process is hassle-free! Your tablet will be sent to the registered address of your new service at no extra cost.


1. Receive a WhatsApp message from our appointed courier within 10 working days of your new service installation

2. Let the courier know your preferred delivery date and time

3. Wait for your Samsung Tablet to be delivered!

What time does the delivery start and end each day?

The delivery schedule starts at 10 am and ends at 7 pm daily. (Except Sunday and PH)

What do I do if I need to make changes to the delivery date and time of my Samsung Tablet?

You may reach out to the courier company (via the number they first contacted you with) to request any modification to your agreed date or time of delivery. If you’re making changes to your delivery date, please contact the courier at least 2 working days in advance of your existing scheduled delivery date.

Will I be charged if I reschedule the delivery?

Rescheduling the delivery appointment for your Samsung Tablet to be sent to the address of your installed broadband service is free, as long as the courier company has not already attempted to make the delivery.

Make sure to reschedule at least 2 working days in advance of your scheduled delivery for the courier company to make the necessary logistic arrangements.

I missed the delivery appointment for the Samsung Tablet. What should I do, and will I be charged for subsequent delivery?

The courier company will contact you again within 3 working days to arrange another delivery. Subsequent deliveries will be chargeable at $59.95 (with GST) per trip by the courier company, payable directly to the delivery person by cash or PayNow. Re-delivery date and time will be subject to slot availability.

Can my family member receive the Samsung Tablet on my behalf?

Yes, you can designate someone else to receive the Samsung Tablet on your behalf if it is being delivered to the same address where your broadband service is installed.

If you have requested for the Samsung Tablet to be sent to a different address, the courier company will send you a blank copy of a letter of authorisation, which you will need to fill out and send back to them before the delivery appointment can be scheduled. Kindly also ensure that the person who will be receiving the TV on your behalf is ready with their original copy of NRIC for verification purposes during the delivery appointment. Do note that there will be an administration fee of $5.45 (with GST) for this arrangement, payable directly to the delivery person by cash or PayNow.

Does the Samsung Tablet come with a warranty?

Yes, the Samsung Tablet comes with 1-year carry in warranty by the manufacturer. Do note that you will need a copy of the Delivery Order to register for your warranty online. A copy of your Delivery Order will be issued by the courier on the day of the delivery.

What happens if I do not receive a copy of the Delivery Order from the courier?

Do remind the courier to give you a copy of the Delivery Order on the day of delivery of your tablet.
Please reach out to the courier company on the number they first contacted you with to request a copy of the Delivery Order if necessary.

I did not receive an SMS from StarHub about how my Samsung Tablet will be delivered. What should I do?

Please refer to the service agreement to ensure that you signed up for the Samsung Tablet promotion. If confirmed, you can expect a WhatsApp message from the courier company within 10 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date.

I did not receive any WhatsApp message from the courier company about the delivery of my Samsung Tablet. What should I do?

Please refer to the service agreement to ensure that you signed up for the Samsung Tablet
promotion. If confirmed, kindly allow 10 working days from your order completion/successful
service installation date for the courier company to contact you about the delivery of your premium.
If you have previously received an SMS about the tablet, you can contact the courier company
directly on the number provided to check the status of the delivery.

How do I redeem my promo code?

1. Log in to the StarHub app with your Hub iD.
If you don’t have a Hub iD, you can create one when prompted.

2. Tap on Shop, then go to Plans.

3. Select Star Plan M, click Add plan, and follow the steps.

4. Enter your unique promo code before you check out.

Each code can only be used once, by the subscriber. The code must be utilised within 1
month from the date you received the SMS with your code

Will my free mobile plan become a paid plan after the free period ends?

Yes. After 3 months, you will be charged the regular plan price at the start of each new month. If
you do not wish to continue on Star Plan, you will need to terminate the plan before the 3 months are up to avoid being charged.

If I cancel my free mobile plan before the 3 months end, will I be charged an early termination fee?

No. As Star Plan is a no-contract plan, there are no early termination charges.

When will I receive the activation SMS?

You’ll receive an SMS on your registered mobile number within 10 working days after your
broadband order has been successfully installed.

How will I be charged for the Mobile Plan?

A $22 discount will be applied to your account for the first 3 months, resulting in a $0 renewal
charge during this period.
