  1. Log in to your Hub iD Account with your Hub iD at www.starhub.com/hubid
  2. If your Hub iD is an email address:
    Go to ‘Update Profile’ and update your Hub iD with a valid email address
  3. If your Hub iD is a not an email address:
    Go to My Account followed by ‘Settings

Must I have a credit card to buy from the Online Store?

We accept both debit and credit cards (MasterCard and VISA) issued by banks in Singapore for payments made in the StarHub Online Store. Service-related StarHub subscriptions will be charged to your StarHub bill.

Why is two-factor authentication being implemented on the Online Store?

At StarHub, we take the security of our customers' accounts very seriously. Implementing two-factor authentication allows us to provide an extra layer of security, safeguarding your personal and account details from potential unauthorised access.

How is two-factor authentication implemented on the Online Store?

After logging in with your Hub iD and password, you'll be asked to enter a one-time PIN (OTP) that you'll receive via SMS and email. You'll be required to enter an OTP each time you log in.

Can I opt out from the two-factor authentication?

To ensure the highest level of security for all our customers, we've made two-factor authentication mandatory. It's a vital part of protecting your personal and account information.

How do I obtain a one-time PIN (OTP)?

The 6-digit one-time PIN (OTP) will be sent to you via SMS and email.

How fast will the one-time PIN (OTP) be sent to me via SMS/email?

Your one-time PIN (OTP) is usually sent instantly to your registered mobile number and email. Most users receive it within a minute.

Is there a cost to receiving the one-time PIN (OTP)?

There's no cost to receiving a one-time PIN (OTP). This is part of our commitment to providing a secure user experience.

How do I change the mobile number or email address where the one-time PIN (OTP) will be sent?

To change the mobile number or email address where your one-time PIN (OTP) and other notifications will be sent:
 
•    Log in to StarHub app with your Hub iD

•    Go to “More” > “Manage account”

•    Select a service

•    Select “Contacts”

•    Update your email or mobile contact

I didn’t receive the one-time PIN (OTP), what should I do?

If you didn't receive your one-time PIN (OTP), please try requesting it again. If it still doesn't arrive, ensure that your registered mobile number is correct and able to receive messages. For email, please check your junk or spam folders as the OTP email may have been directed there.

How do I make online purchases in the Broadband Store?

1. Visit the StarHub Mobile Store to browse for the product(s) you want

2. Select your desired product, then 'Choose plan' when you're ready to order

3. Log in to your Hub iD account

4. Choose your product and customise your order

5. Review your order in Shopping Cart

6. Confirm your order and proceed to check out

7. Enter your delivery address and select your preferred delivery date

8. Accept Terms & Conditions

9. Fill in your payment details and confirm payment

10. An Order Confirmation email will be sent to you after the above steps

11. Send in the required documents for validation purposes. Please refer to the following for more details:

    • For Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents:
      - Send a copy of your NRIC to sales@starhub.com
      - State your Order Confirmation ID in your email subject

    • For Foreigners:
      - Please send the following documents to sales@starhub.com:
      • A copy of your Passport or any Photo ID^ (e.g., ONE Pass, Employment Pass, Diplomatic Pass, EntrePass, Training Visit Pass, Work Permit, Student Pass, etc.)
      • Proof of Billing Address* (e.g. Utility bill, bank statement with your address)
         
    • The following applies for both Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents and Foreigners:
      - Proof of Billing Address*(e.g. Utility bill, bank statement with your address)
      - We can only process your order after receiving the requested documentation
      - Delivery dates and times are subject to change
      - A deposit in the range of $200 - $800 may be required for application of each service for selected price plans. Should a deposit be needed, it will be charged upfront and you’ll see the amount upon checkout.
      - Please present a copy of this Order Confirmation and an original copy of your NRIC/FIN to our delivery personnel upon delivery

  • Select your Fibre router or purchase an additional device
  • Select your preferred Value-Added Services
  • Select your delivery options

5. Review your order in Shopping Cart before proceeding to check out

6. Accept all Terms & Conditions

7. Submit your order

Please note that:

1. Visit the StarHub TV Store to browse for the product(s) you want

2. Select your desired Combo Packs, or HD Packs, then ‘Subscribe Now’ when you're ready to order

3. Log in to your Hub iD account

4. Customise your order

  • Select 3 of 7 Basic Tiers
  • Select any Add-On Packs/channels
  • Select FreeView
  • Confirm your address where installation will take place
  • Choose between Fibre TV or Cable TV
  • Select subscription as a new plan or recontract to the existing plan
  • Choose the set-top box that you require
  • Select your delivery options

5. Review your order in Shopping Cart before proceeding to check out

6. Accept all Terms & Conditions

7. Submit your order

8. An Order Confirmation email will be sent to you after the above steps
