How do I check if I am eligible for a New Sign Up or Recontract?

Simply log in to the online store with your Hub iD and select either "New Sign Up" or "Recontract". We will then check your eligibility for your selected option.

If you do not have a Hub iD account, you can sign up here for free.

You can also check your recontract eligibility on My StarHub App. Log in and follow these steps:

  • Tap "Mobile"
  • Tap the three dots
  • Choose "Contract details"

Your eligibility is based on the eligibility assessment that StarHub will conduct at the point of sale.
