ZEE5 Premium Activation Guide
How do I activate my ZEE5 Premium access with StarHub?
We’ll send an activation link via SMS and/or email within 24 hours after your StarHub service has been fully activated.
Step 1: Visit this microsite to activate your ZEE5 Premium subscription and click “Proceed”.
Step 2: Enter your Hub iD and password.
Step 3: A) If you’re a new ZEE5 user, sign up for a ZEE5 account using your email address and link it to your StarHub account.▼
B) If you’re an existing ZEE5 free user, you can either use your current ZEE5 account or create a new ZEE5 account with a different email address and link it to your StarHub account. Note: Existing ZEE5 free account registered using a mobile number, or sign-in with Google, Facebook, Twitter or Apple IDs are not supported.▼
C) If you’re an existing ZEE5 Premium user, you’ll need to create a new ZEE5 account using a different email address to link to your StarHub account. ▼
Step 4: Once linked, you’ll see this message:
Step 5: Go to the ZEE5 website or download the ZEE5 app from App Store or Google Play.▼
Step 6: Log in using your linked ZEE5 account to start watching!
How do I access ZEE5 on the StarHub TV+ Box or StarHub TV+ Pro?
First, you’ll need to activate your ZEE5 Premium subscription using your Hub iD via the microsite.
Thereafter, you can access the ZEE5 app on the StarHub TV+ Box or StarHub TV+ Pro by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to “Featured Apps” on the home screen and scroll to the right.
For StarHub TV+ Box:

Step 2: Install the ZEE5 app from the Google Play Store. Note: You’ll need to sign in with your Google account if you have not done so.
Step 3: Once installed, open the ZEE5 app and select “Login with ZEE5”.
Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions to log in to the ZEE5 app on StarHub TV+ Box or StarHub TV+ Pro.
