How do I activate my 5G Unlimited+, 5G Platinum, Senior and Data-only Plan SIM card?
When you receive your SIM card, look for the QR code on the sleeve and scan it to get started. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your new SIM card.
How do I know if my SIM card is activated?
You'll receive a notification on the StarHub app upon successful SIM activation.
I encountered an error during the SIM card activation process/I can't activate my SIM card. What should I do?
Do follow the on-screen instructions for the SIM card activation.
1. Select "Mobile" on your homepage.

2. Select the mobile line you would like to activate your SIM.

3. Select "Activate Now" on your mobile line details to activate your SIM card.

Is there a deadline for activating my SIM card?
You have to activate your 5G Unlimited+, 5G Platinum, Senior and Data-only Plan SIM card within 21 days of order submission.
What happens if I don't activate my SIM card within the specified date?
Your 5G Unlimited+, 5G Platinum, Senior and Data-only Plan SIM card will be cancelled if it is not activated within 21 days of order submission. Once the order is cancelled, the SIM card will no longer be valid and you will not be able to use your 5G Unlimited+, 5G Platinum, Senior and Data-only Plan. Any payment made for your plan is also non-refundable.
