From 9 Oct 2013 onwards, roaming calls to these hotlines from a StarHub postpaid mobile line will be capped at $2 per call for all overseas destinations. A 20% surcharge applies for Pay-As-You-Roam customers.

Roaming calls to any StarHub hotline from a StarHub prepaid mobile line will be charged according to Global Roam *116* rates. To check the roaming rates per country, visit this page.

Roaming calls to StarHub Customer Service Hotline +6568201633, Business Care Hotline +6568201631, and Platinum Hotline +65 6822 6868 capped at $2 per call are not applicable for incoming calls while roaming.

Roaming Calls made to StarHub Customer Service Hotline +65 6820 1633, Business Care Hotline +65 6820 1631, and Platinum Hotline +65 6822 6868 from a StarHub postpaid mobile line will be capped at $2 per call. E.g.,

• If you are in Malaysia and making a call to StarHub Customer Service Hotline from a StarHub postpaid mobile line for 3 mins, you will be charged $0.46 x 3 mins = $1.38 for the call.

• If you are in Vietnam and making a call to StarHub Customer Service Hotline from a StarHub postpaid mobile line for 3 mins, you should be charged $5.00 x 3 mins = $15.00 for the call. However, since roaming calls to StarHub Customer Service Hotline from a StarHub postpaid mobile line are capped at $2 per call, you will only be charged $2 for this call.

• Note that a 20% surcharge applies for Pay-As-You-Roam customers.
