R21 PIN
Is R21 PIN available on Fibre TV?
R21 content will no longer be available on demand for Fibre TV customers watching on the Fibre TV set-top box with effect from 1 July 2025.
Fibre TV customers with StarHub TV Go Value-Added Service (included as part of your Entertainment Pass subscription) can continue to watch R21 content via the StarHub TV+ App or Web.
Alternatively, if you wish to enjoy R21 content on the big screen, you can upgrade to StarHub TV+! Check out the prevailing offers here.
How to reset my R21 PIN?
For StarHub TV+ App and Web:
Step 1: Login to the StarHub TV+ App and select “More".
Step 2: Go to “Settings (gear icon)” at the top right corner.
Step 3: Select R21 PIN and you will see two options: Modify R21 PIN or Reset R21 PIN.
Step 4a: To modify your R21 PIN, enter your current R21 PIN and you will be prompted to set your new R21 PIN.
Step 4b: To reset your R21 PIN, click “Email me” to confirm the reset. A new R21 PIN will be sent to your registered Hub iD email.
For StarHub TV+ Box, TV+ Pro or Android TV App:
Step 1: Go to “Settings (gear icon)” at the top right corner.
Step 2: Go to the “StarHub TV+ App” and select “Parental Control”.
Step 3: Select “Change R21 PIN” and you will see two options: Change R21 PIN or Reset R21 PIN.
Step 4a: To change your R21 PIN, enter your current R21 PIN and you will be prompted to set your new R21 PIN.
Step 4b: To reset your R21 PIN, select “Send me new Pin via email” and press OK to confirm the reset. A new R21 PIN will be sent to your registered Hub iD email.
