Who is eligible to pre-order the new Samsung Galaxy Z Series?
If you have an existing StarHub postpaid mobile line, broadband or TV entertainment service:
To purchase on Device Plan, simply log in to the online store with your Hub iD and select a mobile plan or deal. We will then check your eligibility for your selected option.
If you do not have a Hub iD account, you can sign up at www.starhub.com/hubid for free.
You may also check your recontract eligibility on StarHub App. Log in and tap on "Mobile" to view your contract details.
Pre-order begins on 10 July, 3PM. Simply choose the mobile line you want and follow the steps on screen to check out the new device on StarHub app or Online Store.
If you are a new StarHub customer:
Simply sign-up for a new line and select "Self Pick Up", your preferred collection date and location. You are required to complete an in-person verification with physical Identification Card in line with IMDA regulations.
What do I need to prepare for the new Samsung Galaxy Z Series pre-order?
For a smooth pre-order transaction, please prepare the following:
• Step 1: Ensure you have your Hub iD ready for login. If you don't have one, please visit www.starhub.com/hubid to register.
• Step 2: Download the StarHub app to check your recontract eligibility and ensure you have no outstanding bills.

I have registered my interest and received a promo code. How do I apply the promo code when I pre-order the Samsung Galaxy Z Series?
Once you've confirmed your device selection, simply enter the promo code "STARHUB77" on the Review Page to enjoy $77 OFF your device. The updated amount with the discount applied will be shown in the Review Page before you check out.
I've registered my interest but I did not receive the promo code. What should I do?
Upon successful registration, an email containing the $77 promo code should have been sent to your indicated email adress. You'll also receive a reminder SMS and/or email to utilise your promo code. Kindly look out for an email from no-reply@starhub.com, or check your spam folder.

When will I receive the new Samsung Galaxy Z Series?
If you placed an order during the pre-order period, your new device will be available for delivery from 22 July 2025.
I did not manage to pre-order the new Samsung Galaxy Z Series. How can I get one?
The new Samsung Galaxy Z Series will be available for purchase from our StarHub Online Store or any StarHub shop from 1 Aug 2025.
Can I amend my pre-order details to another mobile line / device model after completing pre-order?
Once the order has been submitted, we are unable to make further changes to the mobile line, device model or colour.
Can I reschedule my delivery/collection date after I have completed the pre-order?
You can reschedule your appointment via the StarHub app > More > My Delivery & Appointments. Please note that only delivery slots from 22 July 2025 may be selected.
Is collection available at any StarHub shop? Can I collect the Samsung Galaxy Z Series at a StarHub shop after I pre-order it online?
Collection is only available for customers who are new to StarHub and are required to complete an in-person verification with a physical Identification Card in line with IMDA regulations.
Where can I check my order confirmation and delivery date?
Upon successful order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address indicated during the purchase process. Do also check your spam folder if it is not in your inbox. You should receive the order confirmation email from onlinestore@starhub.com.
Can I change my delivery address?
We're sorry but we are unable to amend the delivery address once your order has been submitted.
Can another person received the device on my behalf?
Yes, you may assign a proxy to receive the delivery on your behalf. The authorised representative will be required to present a letter of authorisation and your physical NRIC to receive the delivery on your behalf during the appointment.
My device was supposed to be delivered today, but I did not receive it. What should I do?
We're truly sorry for the delay in your delivery. Please reach out to our team and we will look into your order status within 48 business hours.
I changed my mind after I pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy Z Series. Can I cancel my order?
We're sorry but we are unable to accommodate cancellations once your order has been submitted.

Pre-ordering with a 2-year Device Plan
Can I renew my existing mobile line when I purchase the new Samsung Galaxy Z Series?
You may renew your existing mobile line as long as you are eligible to recontract. Please check your mobile recontract eligibility via the StarHub app. You can also choose between Star Plan or any Device Plan when renewing your mobile line.
If you'd like to pre-order by signing up for a 2-year Device Plan, you may place your order online from 10 July, 3PM.
Pre-order with our SIM Only Star Plan will be available soon in July, with the option to split your payments and enjoy 0% interest instalments when you Buy Now Pay Later.
Should you choose to renew your line before you’re eligible to recontract, early termination charges will apply.
Can I renew my mobile line that is currently entitled to a bill rebate?
Yes, you may renew your mobile line to purchase the new Samsung Galaxy Z Series.
However, do note that you will no longer be able to enjoy your existing bill rebate upon the renewal of your mobile contract.
Can I use StarHub recontract voucher when renewing my StarHub mobile line?
