How do I redeem my free Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier Elite?  

It’s totally hassle-free! The free Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier Elite will be delivered to the address of your installed broadband service at no cost by our appointed courier company. You will receive a WhatsApp message from the courier company within 7 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date. You can arrange your preferred delivery date and time directly with the courier company.

What time does the delivery start and end each day? 

The delivery schedule starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 8 pm daily.

What do I do if I need to make changes to the delivery date and time of my free Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier Elite?

Please reach out to the courier company on the number they first contacted you with to request any modification to your agreed date or time of delivery.

Will I be charged if I reschedule the delivery? 

Rescheduling the delivery appointment for your free air purifier  to be sent to the address of your installed broadband service is free as long as the courier company has not already attempted to make the delivery. 

Make sure to reschedule at least 2 working days in advance of your scheduled delivery for the courier company to make the necessary logistic arrangements.

How many days in advance should I contact the courier company if I need to make changes to my scheduled delivery? 

Please contact the courier company at least 2 working days before your scheduled delivery for them to make the necessary logistic arrangements.

I missed the delivery appointment for the free Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier Elite. What should I do, and will I be charged for subsequent delivery? 

The courier company will contact you again within 3 working days to arrange another delivery. Subsequent deliveries will be chargeable at $59.40 (with GST) per trip by the courier company, payable directly to the delivery person by cash or PayNow. The new delivery date and time will be subject to slot availability.

Can my family member receive the free Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier Elite on my behalf? 

Yes, you can designate someone else to receive the free Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier Elite on your behalf if it is being delivered to the same address where your broadband service is installed.  
 
If you have requested for the air purifier  to be sent to a different address, the courier company will send you a blank copy of a letter of authorisation, which you will need to fill out and send back to them before the delivery appointment can be scheduled. Kindly also ensure that the person who will be receiving the air purifier on your behalf is ready with their original copy of NRIC for verification purposes during the delivery appointment. Do note that there will be an administration fee of $5.40 (with GST) for this arrangement, payable directly to the delivery person by cash or PayNow.

Does the free Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier Elite come with a warranty? 

Yes, Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier Elite comes with a 1-year local warranty by the manufacturer. Please retain a copy of your Service Agreement as proof of warranty. For more information, you can visit Xiaomi’s official website.

Please refer to the service agreement to ensure that you signed up for the free Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier Elite promotion. If confirmed, kindly allow 7 working days from your order completion/successful service installation date for the courier company to contact you about the delivery of your free premium.

If you have previously received an SMS about the free air purifier, you can contact the courier company directly on the number provided to check the status of the delivery.
