How can I top up to get the Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 Wireless Headphones (White)? 

It’s easy! You can simply sign up for or recontract to our eligible Broadband OR HomeHub+ plans to top-up for the device at a discounted price, whilst stocks last! Please refer to eligible plans below or here.

How do I receive my top up devices? 

It’s totally hassle-free! The device will be delivered to the address of your installed broadband service at no cost by our appointed courier company within 10 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date.


You will receive a text message from the courier company on the date of delivery. Delivery typically happens through Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. If no one is available at the time of delivery, it will be left at the doorstep in a secure manner.

What time does the delivery start and end each day? 

The delivery schedule starts at 9 am and ends at 10 pm on weekdays and starts at 9 am and ends at 5 pm on Saturday. There is no delivery on Sunday and Public Holidays.

Can I change the delivery date or time of my top-up device?

As delivery is arranged for the same day as the WhatsApp communication, changes to the delivery date or time are unfortunately not possible.


If you’re not available during the scheduled delivery, the parcel will be left at your doorstep or in a safe place (e.g. riser or behind the gate), if one is available.

What should I do if I didn’t receive my premium item, even though the delivery was marked as completed?

If your item was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please email us at chb-sg-online@sonova.com with your name and contact number.


Our delivery partner will investigate and get back to you within 3 working days.

Does the Sennheiser Momentum Wireless Headphone 4 come with a warranty? 

Yes, Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 Wireless Headphones comes international warranty by the manufacturer. Please retain a copy of your Service Agreement as proof of warranty. For more information, you can visit the Sennheiser official website.


If you have any issues with the headphone or warranty, please contact Sennheiser via the website or call their Customer Service Center at +65 6979 7380 (Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm).

I did not receive an SMS from StarHub about how my device will be delivered. What should I do? 

Please refer to the service agreement to ensure that you top up for a device. If confirmed, you can expect a WhatsApp message from the courier company within 10 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date.

I did not receive any WhatsApp message from the courier company about the delivery of my device. What should I do? 

Please refer to the service agreement to ensure that you top-up for the Sennheiser headphone. If confirmed, kindly allow 10 working days from your order completion/successful service installation date for the courier company to contact you about the delivery of your free premium.
