How do I redeem my Samsung 55” Crystal Smart TV?

It’s totally hassle-free! The Samsung 55” Crystal Smart TV will be delivered to the address of your installed broadband service at no cost by our appointed courier company. You will receive a WhatsApp message from the courier company within 10 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date. You can arrange your preferred delivery date and time directly with the courier company.

What time does the delivery start and end each day?

The delivery schedule starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 7 p.m. daily. (Except Sunday and PH).

What do I do if I need to make changes to the delivery date and time of my Samsung 55” Crystal Smart TV?

Please reach out to the courier company on the number they first contacted you with to request any modification to your agreed date or time of delivery.

Will I be charged if I reschedule the delivery?

Rescheduling the delivery appointment for your Samsung 55” Crystal Smart TV to be sent to the address of your installed broadband service is as long as the courier company has not already attempted to make the delivery.


Make sure to reschedule at least 2 working days in advance of your scheduled delivery for the courier company to make the necessary logistic arrangements.

I missed the delivery appointment for the Samsung 55” Crystal Smart TV. What should I do, and will I be charged for subsequent delivery?

The courier company will contact you again within 3 working days to arrange another delivery. Subsequent deliveries will be chargeable at $59.40 (with GST) per trip by the courier company, payable directly to the delivery person by cash or PayNow. Re-delivery date and time will be subject to slot availability.

Can my family member receive the Samsung 55” Crystal Smart TV on my behalf?

Yes, you can designate someone else to receive the Samsung 55” Crystal Smart TV on your behalf if it is being delivered to the same address where your broadband service is installed.


If you have requested for the Samsung 55” Crystal Smart TV to be sent to a different address, the courier company will send you a blank copy of a letter of authorisation, which you will need to fill out and send back to them before the delivery appointment can be scheduled. Kindly also ensure that the person who will be receiving the TV on your behalf is ready with their original copy of NRIC for verification purposes during the delivery appointment. Do note that there will be an administration fee of $5.40 (with GST) for this arrangement, payable directly to the delivery person by cash or PayNow.

Does the Samsung 55” Crystal Smart TV come with a warranty?

Yes, Samsung 55” Crystal Smart TV comes with 1-year onsite servicing warranty by the manufacturer. Additional 2 years of extended onsite warranty will be given if warranty is registered within 30 days from the date of delivery. Do note that you will need a copy of the Delivery Order for registration of warranty online. The copy of Delivery Order will be issued by the courier on the day of the delivery.

What happens if I do not receive a copy of the Delivery Order from the courier?

Do remind the courier to give you a copy of the Delivery Order on the day of delivery of your TV.

Please reach out to the courier company on the number they first contacted you with to request a copy of the Delivery Order if necessary.

What do I get with the Samsung 55” Crystal Smart TV?

Other than the TV, the TV stand, power cable, and remote control will be included. Please note that HDMI cable is not included.

I did not receive an SMS from StarHub about how my Samsung 55” Crystal Smart TV will be delivered. What should I do?

Please refer to the service agreement to ensure that you signed up for the Samsung 55” Crystal Smart TV promotion. If confirmed, you can expect a WhatsApp message from the courier company within 7 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date.

Will there be installation for the Samsung TV?

Yes, installation will be provided. Please ensure that delivery and installation of the TV can be done on the same trip. Any additional trips for installation of your TV will be chargeable at $59.40 (with GST) per trip by the courier company, payable directly to the delivery person by cash or PayNow.

Can I purchase a wall bracket for the Samsung TV?

Yes, you may purchase a fixed wall bracket that comes with free installation for $79 (with GST) at the time of scheduling your TV delivery with Samsung. Please ensure that the delivery and installation of the TV with wall bracket are done on the same trip. Any additional trips for the installation of your TV will be charged $54.50 (with GST) per trip by Samsung’s delivery partner, payable directly to SGbros

I did not receive any WhatsApp message from the courier company about the delivery of my Samsung 55” Crystal Smart TV. What should I do?

Please refer to the service agreement to ensure that you signed up for the Samsung 55” Crystal Smart TV promotion. If confirmed, kindly allow 10 working days from your order completion/successful service installation date for the courier company to contact you about the delivery of your premium.

If you have previously received an SMS about the TV, you can contact the courier company directly on the number provided to check the status of the delivery.
