What are the possible reasons for my Star Plan / 5G Unlimited+ / 5G Platinum / Senior / Data-only Plan to get suspended?

Your Star Plan / 5G Unlimited+ / 5G Platinum / Senior / Data-only Plan may be suspended if your monthly renewal charge remains unpaid for an extended period. This may be due to an invalid credit/debit card tied to your account or insufficient StarHub Dollars.

My Star Plan / 5G Unlimited+ / 5G Platinum / Senior / Data-only Plan has been suspended. How do I resume my services?

To resume your service, simply pay your outstanding balance StarHub app. Ensure that there's a valid credit/debit card tied to your account or check that you have sufficient StarHub Dollars for payment.

Steps:

  1. Tap on “Mobile”.
  2. You’ll see a notification if your Star Plan / 5G Unlimited+ / 5G Platinum / Senior / Data-only is suspended due to payment issues. Tap the “Make payment” button.
  3. On the “Review payment” page, select the mobile number with the suspended service, then click “Next”. You’ll see the payment confirmation message.
  4. Your service will resume upon successful payment.

My Star Plan / 5G Unlimited+ / 5G Platinum / Senior / Data-only Plan has been terminated. Can I still reactivate my number/account?

Once your Star Plan / 5G Unlimited+ / 5G Platinum / Senior / Data-only Plan has been terminated, your mobile number or account can no longer be reactivated.

If I lost my SIM card, can I get my plan temporarily suspended?

Yes, you can request temporary suspension of your Star Plan / 5G Unlimited+ / 5G Platinum / Senior / Data-only Plan via the StarHub app.

Can I transfer ownership of my Star Plan / 5G Unlimited+ / 5G Platinum / Senior / Data-only Plan to another person?

Transfer of ownership is currently not available for our contract-free 5G plans. We are working to enhance this! Stay tuned.

I no longer wish to continue with my Star Plan / 5G Unlimited+ / 5G Platinum / Senior / Data-only Plan. How can I terminate it?

We'll be sad to see you go. To cancel your plan, head to the StarHub app and select 'More' at the bottom of your home page. Tap on “Cancel line” under the Mobile services section and follow the on-screen instructions.

Will I incur early termination charges if I cancel my Star Plan / 5G Unlimited+ / 5G Platinum / Senior / Data-only Plan?

Your flexibility is our priority with these plans. There are no early termination charges as our Star Plan / 5G Unlimited+ / 5G Platinum / Senior / Data-only Plans are contract-free.

I cancelled my Star Plan / 5G Unlimited+ / 5G Platinum / Senior / Data-only Plan before next renewal date. Can I get a pro-rated refund?

There are no refunds for unused services.
