How do I check my SMS/call/data/roaming entitlements?

You can check your plan entitlements and usage via your mobile dashboard on the StarHub app.


1. Select the "Mobile" icon.

2. Select the line you wish to view in detail.

3. Tap on the respective tiles to view your entitlements and usage balances.

Will I be notified if my entitlements are about to be used up or are expiring?

You will receive a notification via SMS and through the StarHub app.

Will I be able to still use my services if my plan entitlements have been used up?

Once your plan entitlements are used up for the month, you will not be able to send SMS, make calls, or connect to the internet. You'll still be able to receive SMS and calls.

To continue usage of outgoing services, please subscribe to an add-on or wait for your entitlements to be refreshed on your renewal date.

Will I be getting a monthly bill?

Instead of a monthly bill, you'll receive an e-receipt from us upon successful sign-up or renewal of your plan, as well as for every purchase of an add-on or new device.
