What is the $100/$200 additional trade-in value for? How can I use it?
The additional trade-in value is the extra amount you can get when you trade in any eligible device via the StarHub Trade-in link found on your order confirmation. This is on top of the quoted value of your device and only applicable upon successful trade-in.
To redeem this additional trade in value, simply click the link on your order confirmation. Please note that the additional trade-in value of $100 / $200 is valid only for Samsung Galaxy S23 Series pre-orders.
What do I need to prepare for the new Samsung Galaxy S23 Series order?
For a smooth pre-order transaction, please prepare the following:

The new Samsung Galaxy S23 Series will be available for purchase from our StarHub Online Store or any StarHub shop from 17 February 2023.
How can I redeem the Samsung Online Store voucher?
To redeem your voucher, you can scan the QR code that is printed on the redemption card and follow the step-by-step guide.
How will I receive my shopping voucher?
Your shopping voucher will be delivered together with the Samsung redemption card and your new handset on your chosen delivery date.
Can the shopping voucher be used to offset my device purchase?
The shopping voucher can only be used at the assigned shopping mall. You cannot use it to offset any device purchase from the StarHub Online Store or shops.
Can I get the Samsung Galaxy S23 Series at $0 upfront?
Yes, the $0 upfront EasyGo payment plan will be available during pre-order.
I already have an EasyGo payment plan on my mobile phone purchased from StarHub. Can I still buy the new Samsung Galaxy S23 Series on the EasyGo payment plan?
The number of EasyGo payment plans a customer may sign up for varies as it is subject to each customer’s eligibility. To check your eligibility, head over to our Online Store, log in with your Hub ID, and select the Monthly Equipment Instalment plan option. If you registered your interest and wish to check out your new Samsung device through EasyGo, no promo code is needed for you to enjoy your $88 rebate. The rebate will be reflected when you check out from StarHub Online Store.
I have more than one mobile line that is eligible for contract renewal. Can I pre-order the new Samsung Galaxy S23 Series for all my mobile lines?
Yes, you may pre-order the device with all your mobile lines that are eligible for recontract.
Can I renew my existing mobile line with the new Samsung Galaxy S23 Series?
Yes. Please check your mobile recontract eligibility via StarHub App, and you may choose to sign up or renew your mobile contract with our Mobile+ 2-year plans. If you’re on a 4G SIM Only plan, you can also pre-order by upgrading to our Mobile+ 2-year plans with handset.
You may choose to renew your line before you’re eligible to recontract, but early termination charges will apply.
Can I use my Hub Club annual upgrade benefits for an early recontract fee waiver?
Yes, you can use your Hub Club annual upgrade benefits if you have not utilised it in the last 12 months. Please visit starhub.com/membership for details.
Can I renew my mobile line that is currently enjoying a bill rebate?
Yes, you can renew your mobile line to purchase the new Samsung Galaxy S23 Series. However, do note that you will no longer be able to enjoy your existing bill rebate upon the renewal of your mobile contract.
