How do I redeem my free Reiri?
It’s totally hassle-free! The free Reiri will be installed at your home at no cost by our partner Daikin. You will receive a call within 7 working days of your order completion or successful service installation date to arrange for the delivery of the Reiri.
What time does the installation start and end each day?
Installation is from Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays), from 9am to 6pm, with each installation taking approximately 4 hours to complete.
What do I do if I need to make changes to the installation date and time of my free Reiri?
You may contact Daikin at 63118686 to request a change of date.
Will I be charged if I reschedule the installation?
There are no charges for rescheduling of installation at least one working day in advance before 12pm. There will be a $87.20 fee per trip for any unsuccessful installation and rescheduled appointments that are made less than one working day in advance.
I missed the installation appointment for the free Reiri. What should I do, and will I be charged for subsequent installation arranged?
Our partner Daikin will contact you to reschedule the installation. Installation date and time will be subject to slot availability. Do note that there is a charge of $87.20 per trip.
Can my family member receive the free Reiri on my behalf?
Yes, kindly ensure that the person who will be receiving the installation service on your behalf is ready with their original copy of NRIC or legally valid identification document for verification purposes during the installation appointment.
Does the free Reiri come with warranty?
Yes, the Reiri comes with 1 year warranty from Daikin. StarHub will not be liable for any defects of this premium. Warranty is automatically registered by Daikin upon installation.
What happens if I do not receive a copy of the Delivery Order from the installer?
Do remind the installer to give you a copy of the Delivery Order on the day of delivery of your Free Reiri.
