Change in Contact Details

I received a notification that my contact details have been updated. Why am I receiving this?

We are notifying you as our system received a request to update your contact details.

I changed my contact details and received a notification regarding it. However, the details are inaccurate. What do I do?

1. You may submit the request again with the correct details.

2. Simply log in to the StarHub app:

  • Go to “More” > “Manage account” > “Contacts” to update your contact details.
  • For added security, we recommend resetting your Hub ID password:
  • Simply tap on “Forgot Password” on the StarHub app login screen.

I received a notification regarding a change of contact details, but I did not request for this. What do I do?

1. Please submit a request to update your contact details with the correct information.

Troubleshooting

I'm unable to log in to StarHub app. What should I do?

Ensure that you're using the right email associated with your Hub ID and the correct password. If you still encounter issues, try to log in again later or choose the "Forgot password" option to retrieve and reset your password.

I want to change the email address I used for the login ID. How do I do it?

You can change your email address on the StarHub app. Simply log in to your account and select "More" to manage your account. From there, follow the on-screen instructions to update your Hub ID email address.

1. Login to your account on the StarHub app, under "More" select "Manage account".

I want to change the email address/contact number/billing address for my StarHub service. How do I do it?

You can change your email address/contact number/billing address easily via the StarHub app.

1. Login to your account on the StarHub app, navigate to "More" and select "Manage account".

2. Select the service to continue.

    • To update the email address or contact number, tap on “Contacts”.
    • To update the billing address, tap on “Bill address”.

3. From there, follow the on-screen instructions to update the information on your contact details.

How do I change the document ID linked to my Hub iD?

To update your document ID for your account, please go to any of the StarHub Main Shops at Paragon, Tampines Mall, Nex, or Jurong Point. Do bring your previous and new document IDs.

My StarHub app account is locked. How do I unlock it?

If your StarHub app account gets locked, please start a chat with our HubBot via the StarHub app. Don't worry, you will still be able to access the chat even if you are not logged in.

I forgot my app password/I want to change my password. How do I do it?

Simply click on "Forgot password?" on the login screen of the StarHub app and follow the on-screen instructions.
