Late Payment Fee FAQ

1
What is a late payment fee?

A late payment fee is charged if the full payment has not been made by the due date. To avoid this, please settle the bill on or before the payment due date. You may locate the due date on your ebill, or on the StarHub app by clicking "Pay > Select your respective billing account."

For your convenience, you are encouraged to sign up for recurring credit card or GIRO payment via www.starhub.com/autopay. Your payment due will automatically be deducted from your credit card/GIRO account on the due date. This way, you don't have to worry about late payments!
