This value is on top of the quoted value of your device and only applicable upon successful trade-in.

How will I receive the complimentary Premier League access?

The complimentary 12 months' access for Premier League is applicable for pre-orders made with Device Plan M / L / XL.

Once your Premier+ service is activated. Simply log in to StarHub TV+ with your Hub iD to enjoy all the live action on our Hub Premier channels. Visit starhub.com/premierleague-faq for more information.

For new TV customers:
You will receive an SMS notification when your Premier League access has been activated. You should receive access within 14 working days after the successful delivery of your pre-ordered iPhone.

For customers with an existing standalone Premier League subscription:
You’ll enjoy a complimentary 12-month subscription on your existing standalone Premier League subscription. The offer will be activated for you within 14 working days after the successful delivery of your pre-ordered iPhone.

Will eSIM be available for iPhone 16/Apple Watch?

You may use your recontract voucher when renewing to a 2-year Device Plan to offset the cost of your chosen device. However, do note that the value of the recontract voucher will vary depending on the plan selected.

I have an existing Mobile+ 2-year contract. Are there any fees if I switch to Star Plan?

Good news, there are no fees if you are out of contract or eligible to recontract. Simply log in with your Hub iD to check if your line is eligible for renewal. To switch to our no-contract SIM Only Star Plan, you can do so via StarHub App.

If you are servicing an existing 2-year device contract, you can also choose to upgrade to the next tier of Device Plan to enjoy more data with free roaming with no additional fees. Check here for more information.

I already have an EasyGo payment plan on my mobile phone purchased from StarHub. Can I still buy the new iPhone 16/Apple Watch on the payment plan?

You may choose to buy now pay later with our SIM Only Star Plan here. Pay in 12 or 24 monthly instalments with 0% interest and go contract-free.

Please note that if you switch your existing SIM Only plan to Star Plan, the linked EasyGo instalment plan will be cancelled and the remaining balance will be charged to your final bill.

We accept both debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard or Amex).

When can I receive the new iPhone 16/iPhone 16 Pro/Apple Watch that I pre-ordered?

All successful pre-orders with either Star Plan or Device Plan will be delivered or ready for self pick up from 20 September 2024 onwards.

Can I amend my booking details to change to another mobile line/device model after completing the booking?

Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to make further changes to the mobile line or device model.

Can I reschedule my appointment after I have completed the pre-order?

As the volume of orders for the latest iPhone is exceptionally high and we are operating at full capacity to meet the demand, we're unable to accommodate requests for rescheduling for all iPhone 16 and/or Apple Watch orders.

You can track your order and manage your delivery on our StarHub App. Go to “More”, and tap “My appointment”.

We'll also inform you 2 hours before the scheduled delivery. If you have more questions related to delivery please visit here.

Can I choose to self pick up/collect/click and collect for iPhone 16 and Apple Watch purchase?

Due to an overwhelming interest in the new iPhone 16 lineup, we have limited self pick up slots. Don’t worry, you can choose to have your order delivered and schedule it on your preferred date as well.

If there's a self pick up slot available, you can select this option during cart-out and submit your order. Collection details, including the selected store, date, and time slot, will be sent to your inbox via in-app notification.

If your order includes a physical SIM card, it will be ready for pick up together with your new device on the scheduled date selected during pre-order.

The subscriber must be present for collection of device at our StarHub Shop. Don't forget to bring a valid ID and the QR code for verification during collection.
