Discontinuation of On Demand Channels on Fibre TV
I received a message about the discontinuation of the On Demand Channels from 1 September 2025 onwards. What is this about?
You are receiving this message to let you know that from 1 September 2025, On Demand content will be progressively moved from Fibre TV over to StarHub TV+.
To continue enjoying your favourite On Demand content seamlessly, we encourage you to switch to StarHub TV+, our enhanced entertainment platform that offers a richer viewing experience across multiple devices.
Which On Demand Channels will be discontinued and who will be impacted?
The following On Demand Channels will be discontinued in phases from 1 September 2025 to end November 2025. We encourage you to recontract to StarHub TV+ to continue enjoying similar content offerings.

I prefer to be on my Fibre TV subscription. How can I continue watching On Demand Channels after the discontinuation on Fibre TV?
- Basic Tier customers: You’ll need to subscribe to the TV Go Value-Added Service (VAS). Simply log in to My Account and subscribe for $5.45/month (incl. GST).
- Entertainment Pass customers: Access is already included in your package. Just log in using your Hub iD to start watching.
Will the discontinuation of the On Demand channel affect access to any Live TV channels?
Live TV channels will not be affected by the discontinuation of On Demand channels. You may watch your Live TV channels as usual on Fibre TV.
