What is Hubbing?

Our latest Broadband + Mobile bundle is a limited-time Hubbing promotion which combines Broadband and Mobile — choose your preferred plan from either 5Gbps or 10Gbps Broadband, and pair it with your choice of selected 5G Unlimited+ Mobile plans, all at a special bundled price that gives you better value and convenience compared to subscribing to each service separately.
Who is the StarHub Broadband + Mobile Bundle for?
Customers may sign up for the Broadband + Mobile Bundle as long as they sign up for both broadband and mobile services at the same time, with at least one being a new subscription.
What bundle options are available?
After you choose either a 5Gbps or 10Gbps Broadband plan, you may bundle it with any of the following eligible 5G Unlimited+ Plans: Core, Plus, Max, Platinum & Platinum Elite.
What benefits do I get with the Broadband + Mobile Bundle?
You’ll enjoy 20% off selected 5G Unlimited+ mobile plans and a special price for 5Gbps or 10Gbps broadband when you sign up or complete the transaction for both services together.
Who is eligible for the Broadband + Mobile Bundle?
To qualify, at least one service (broadband or mobile) must be a new sign-up, and both the Broadband and Mobile sign-up and transaction must take place at the same time. Customers must also meet one of the following criteria:
•Sign up or recontract to a standalone 5Gbps or 10Gbps broadband plan
• Sign up or port-in to a 5G Unlimited+ Core Plan or above
• Switch your 2-year Device Plan or SIM Only plan to 5G Unlimited+ Core Plan or above
• Change from Star Plan to a 5G Unlimited+ Core Plan or above
How do I sign up for the Broadband + Mobile Bundle?
The Broadband + Mobile Bundle is a shop-exclusive promotion available only at StarHub shops. Simply visit your nearest StarHub shop to sign up.

How will my bill be shown?
Your broadband and mobile bills will appear separately, but the combined total will reflect the bundled promotional price.
Can I sign up mobile and broadband on different days and get the promotion price?
No. The sign-up and transaction for both services must be completed on the same day and time to qualify.
What happens if I cancel one of the services?
If either service is terminated, the bundle promotion will be removed, and the remaining service will revert to its standard retail price.
Is there a contract for the Broadband + Mobile Bundle?
5G Unlimited+ Plans are contract-free, while broadband plans come with a 24-month contract. If the broadband plan is terminated before the 24-month contract ends, Early Termination Charges will apply. If the 5G Unlimited+ Plan is cancelled, the bundled broadband plan will revert to its standard retail price.
How long is the promotion available?
The Broadband + Mobile Bundle is a limited-time promotion, with the availability and campaign period subject to change.

Does the Broadband plan in the Broadband + Mobile Bundle offer come with any router?
Yes, it comes with one free TP-Link HB710 (Wi-Fi 7) router, applicable for both 5Gbps and 10Gbps broadband plans.
If I sign up for a HomeHub plan that includes Broadband plan, can I still be eligible for this Broadband + Mobile Bundle offer?
No. Only standalone 5Gbps or 10Gbps broadband plans qualify for this bundle promotion.
Can I choose any 5G Unlimited+ plan for the Broadband + Mobile Bundle, or only Core and Plus?
You may choose from any of the following eligible 5G Unlimited+ Plans: Core, Plus, Max, Platinum & Platinum Elite.
Why didn’t I receive the 20% off mobile discount?

Can I choose to apply 20% off 5G Unlimited+ plan or Multi-Line Discount?
You may choose either option when signing up. For peace of mind, our StarHub shop HubCrew will assess your setup and recommend the option that provides the best savings for you.
If I already have multiple mobile lines, will I still get the 20% off?
In the event that a multi-line discount is better savings for you, our HubCrew will recommend choosing that over the promotional 20% savings. We got you.
Can I still enjoy the Broadband + Mobile Bundle if I use Multi-Line Discount?
Yes, as long as you meet the eligibility conditions, you can still enjoy the Broadband + Mobile Bundle promotion price using your multi-line discount.
How will I know which discount I am getting?

Can I apply CIS or partner discounts together with the Broadband + Mobile Bundle promotion?
The 20% mobile discount with the Broadband + Mobile Bundle is not stackable with CIS or partner discounts. Only one type of mobile discount may be applied.
Why is the pricing different from what I saw in the advertisement?
The advertised price is based on specific plan combinations with 5G Unlimited+ Core or 5G Unlimited+ Plus Plans. If you select a different 5G plan tier, the final price of your bundle will vary accordingly.
