How do I receive the iPad Wi-Fi 128GB (Silver)?
It’s totally hassle-free! The device will be delivered to the address of your installed broadband service at no cost by our appointed courier company, GoGoX.
You will receive a WhatsApp message from GoGoX within 10 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date. You can arrange your preferred delivery date and time directly with GoGoX.
Does the iPad Wi-Fi 128GB (Silver) come with a warranty?
Yes, the iPad Wi-Fi 128GB (Silver) comes with 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery by the manufacturer. Kindly ensure that you check your device upon delivery. StarHub will not be liable for any defects of this premium.

Can I purchase additional AppleCare?
When you purchase a new Apple device, and within 60 days of purchase, you can add AppleCare+ coverage.
You can get AppleCare coverage in Settings on an iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple Vision Pro associated with your Apple Account. Open AppleCare & Warranty settings on your device, or follow these steps:
- Open Settings on your device.
- Select General.
- Select AppleCare & Warranty.
- Select the device to which you want to add AppleCare coverage and follow the onscreen steps to add coverage.
What time does the delivery start and end each day?
Delivery is from 9am to 10pm daily.
What do I do if I need to make changes to the delivery date and time of my top up device?
Please reach out to GoGoX via WhatsApp at +65 89216221 to request any modification to your agreed date or time of delivery.
Will I be charged if I reschedule the delivery?
There will be no additional charges for re-attempt deliveries.
How many days in advance should I contact the courier company if I need to make changes to my scheduled delivery?
Please contact GoGoX via WhatsApp at +65 89216221 at least 2 working days before your scheduled delivery for them to make the necessary logistic arrangements.
I missed the delivery appointment for the device. What should I do, and will I be charged for subsequent delivery?
You may WhatsApp GoGoX at +65 89216221 to arrange for re-delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful, an SMS will be sent to you to contact GoGoX for rescheduling. GoGoX does not charge customers for re-attempt deliveries.
Can my family member receive the device on my behalf?
GoGoX will send an OTP to you on the day of delivery and will release the package to any recipient who can provide the OTP.
What happens if I do not receive a copy of the Delivery Order from the courier?
GoGoX does not provide a physical copy of Delivery Order. An SMS ("Your StarHub order has been successfully handed over. Thank you for choosing us!”) will be triggered to you as an acknowledgement of successful delivery.
I did not receive an SMS from StarHub about how my device will be delivered. What should I do?
Please refer to the service agreement to ensure that you have purchased the 10Gbps broadband bundle that comes with an iPad.
If confirmed, you can expect a WhatsApp message from GoGoX within 10 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date.
I did not receive any WhatsApp message from the courier company about the delivery of my device. What should I do?
Please refer to the service agreement to ensure that you have purchased the 10Gbps broadband bundle that comes with an iPad. If confirmed, kindly allow 10 working days from your order completion/successful service installation date for GoGoX to contact you about the delivery of your device.
If you have previously received a WhatsApp message about the device, you can contact GoGoX directly via WhatsApp at +65 89216221 to check the status of the delivery.
