The promotion is open to all Singapore residents aged 18 years and above who sign up to our 5G Unlimited+ Core Plan & above
Note: Mobile lines on special discounts or corporate promotions (e.g CIS plans) do not qualify.
I have multiple lines under my NRIC. How many HBO Max codes will I get?
You will receive one (1) redemption code for every eligible mobile plan (5G Unlimited+ Core Plan & above) under your NRIC. For example, if you have 4 eligible lines, you will receive 4 separate 12-month access codes.
How do I redeem the HBO Max access?
Redemption instructions will be included in the email or SMS sent to you. You can redeem your code via hbomax.com/redeem.
When does the HBO Max redemption code expire?
The redemption code must be redeemed within 1 month upon receiving your promo code. Any unused code will expire after this period and cannot be reinstated.
Can I share the promo code if I do not need it?
The code is intended solely for personal use by the eligible StarHub customer and cannot be resold, transferred, or exchanged.
What happens to my HBO Max access if I change or cancel my mobile plan?
Your access is tied directly to your active mobile plan. If you cancel your line, suspend your service, or switch to a discounted plan/ineligible tier, your HBO Max access will end automatically.
Will I be automatically charged after my 12 months of HBO Max ends?
No. Your HBO Max Standard access expires automatically after 12 months and will not auto-renew into a paid subscription. You will not be charged unless you separately choose to subscribe to HBO Max after your complimentary access ends.
I already subscribe to HBO Max through StarHub. Can I still get this promo, and will it reduce my current bill?
Yes, you will still receive a promo code if you already have an HBO Max subscription with StarHub. However, the code cannot be used to offset or replace charges on your existing subscription — it does not create an additional discount or savings for active paying subscribers.
