I saw an error code on my TV screen. What should I do?

We encourage you to try a few troubleshooting steps to diagnose or fix the issue when you see error codes on your screen.


1. Ensure that your internet connection is stable and working.

2. We recommend that you power off your ONT, router and set-top box first. Then, power them on in order at about two minutes apart.

3. Once on, please ensure you are running the latest software and try browsing channels again.
