About Rewards Programme
We are excited to share with you the all-new StarHub Rewards. In the new StarHub rewards, customers will be given a free membership and there are 3 tiers: Green, Gold and Platinum. Under each tier, you can enjoy a suite of lifestyle treats, privileges, and deals. To view all the rewards that you can enjoy, you will need to download My StarHub App.
You don’t have to sign up for the new StarHub Rewards. As long you are our valued StarHub customer and have postpaid active services with us, you will automatically be part of the new StarHub Rewards. You will also be given free membership.
If you are not an existing My StarHub App user, simply download it from the App Store or Google Play Store. If you are an existing My StarHub app user, you will have to update it to its latest version. When you log in with your Hub ID, you will be able to see your membership tier and the rewards lined up for you.
