How can I get the Hisense TV?
It’s easy! You can simply sign up for or recontract to any eligible Broadband or HomeHub plan that includes a Hisense TV, while stocks last! Please refer to eligible plans below or here.
How do I redeem my Hisense TV?
It’s totally hassle-free! The Hisense TV will be delivered to the address of your installed broadband service at no cost by our appointed courier company. You will receive a WhatsApp message or phone call from the courier company within 10 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date, or you can arrange your preferred delivery date and time directly with Hisense’s Customer Service at 6980 6340, with at least 3 working days’ notice.
What time does the delivery start and end each day?
The delivery schedule starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 7 p.m. daily. (Except Sunday and PH)
Will I be charged if I reschedule the delivery?
No, as long as the courier company has not already attempted to make the delivery to be sent to the address of your installed broadband service. If delivery is already underway, rescheduled deliveries will be chargeable at $32.70 (with GST) per trip by the courier company, payable directly to the delivery person by cash or PayNow. Re-delivery date and time will be subject to slot availability.
Make sure to reschedule at least 3 working days in advance of your scheduled delivery for the courier company to make the necessary logistic arrangements.
How many days in advance should I contact the courier company if I need to make changes to my scheduled delivery?
Please contact Hisense’s Customer Service at 6980 6340 or the courier company at least 3 working days before your scheduled delivery for them to make the necessary logistic arrangements.
I missed the delivery appointment for the Hisense TV. What should I do, and will I be charged for subsequent delivery?
Hisense’s Customer Service team will contact you again within 3 working days to arrange another delivery. Subsequent deliveries will be chargeable at $32.70 (with GST) per trip by the courier company, payable directly to the delivery person by cash or PayNow. Re-delivery date and time will be subject to slot availability.
Can my family member receive the Hisense TV on my behalf?
Yes, you can designate someone else to receive the Hisense TV on your behalf if it is being delivered to the same address where your broadband service is installed.
If you have requested for the Hisense TV to be sent to a different address, please inform Hisense Customer Service at 6980 6340, 3 working days beforehand.
Does the Hisense TV come with a warranty?
Yes, the Hisense TV comes with a 3-year onsite servicing warranty by the manufacturer. Currently the warranty is automatically registered upon receipt of the TV’s delivery note.
Upon receiving the TV. Kindly ensure that you check your TV upon delivery and installation. StarHub will not be liable for any defects of this premium.
Does the Hisense TV come with a warranty?
Do remind the courier to give you a copy of the Delivery Note on the day of delivery of your TV. Please remember to sign the Delivery Note as proof of receipt.
Please reach out to the courier company on the number they first contacted you with to request a copyof the Delivery Note if necessary.
What do I get with the Hisense TV?
Other than the TV, the TV stand, power cable, and remote control will be included. Please note that HDMI cable is not included.
Will there be installation for the Hisense TV?
Only a console or table setup will be included. If you wish to have your TV wall mounted, there will be additional charges ranging from $30 to $159 (before GST). Please ensure that delivery and installation of the TV can be done on the same trip. Any additional trips for installation of your TV will be chargeable at $32.70 (with GST) per trip payable to Hisense’s delivery partner, directly to the delivery person by cash or PayNow.
Can I purchase a wall bracket or antenna for the Hisense TV?
Yes, you may purchase a fixed wall bracket that comes with free installation for $99 (with GST) and swivel wall mount at $159 (with GST) with free installation at the time of scheduling your TV delivery with Hisense. Please ensure that the delivery and installation of the TV with wall bracket are done on the same trip. Any additional trips for the installation of your TV will be charged $32.70 (with GST) per trip payable to Hisense’s delivery partner. If you wish to purchase an antenna, please inform Hisense Customer Service at 8096 4003 to place an order at $15 (with GST) payable by PayNow.
I did not receive any WhatsApp message from the courier company about the delivery of my Hisense TV. What should I do?
Please refer to the service agreement to ensure that you signed up for the Hisense TV promotion. If confirmed, kindly allow 10 working days from your order completion/successful service installation date for the courier company to contact you about the delivery of your TV.
