For sign up of business services at StarHub shops and Exclusive Partners, please bring along the following documents:
- Copy of company's business profile from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), dated within 1 month from date of application.
- If personnel signing up at shops (bearer) is not the Authorised Officer/Director of company, he/she needs to bring along:
- Letter of Authorisation from company director
- A copy of company director's NRIC/FIN/Passport
- Bearer's own NRIC/FIN/Passport
