Singaporeans/PRs are required to present:

• Physical NRIC of subscriber

Foreigners

Foreigners are required to present either document:

• Employment Pass / Work Permit / Social or Dependent Pass

Business-registered accounts

Business-registered account owners need to present the following documents:

• A copy of ROC/Business Profile from Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) ​
• Authorization letter on company letterhead
• NRIC of authorized person
• Company rubberstamp

Important note

Note:

• Business profile must be dated within 3 months from the date of application.​
• For business registered accounts, if the person signing up is not an authorised officer or director, he must bring along a Letter of authorization on company's letterhead indicating the name, NRIC and designation of the bearer, and signed by authorised officer or company director. Letter must be issued dated within 7 days from the date of application.
• Authorized person must be at least 18 years of age.​
• If the line from your current mobile provider is registered under another person, he/she must be present together with his/her NRIC.
• All outstanding amounts from your current mobile provider must be cleared and the mobile line must not hold any existing contract.​
