You can stream your content on two (2) device / screen using your Hub iD.
You can register up to five (5) devices with a single Hub iD. Logging in on a device will register that device to your Hub iD.
Yes. you can set a PIN code for rated-21 content so that your children are not able to view. Furthermore, you are also able to set a PIN code for content that are at or above your selected parental rating level (i.e. M18, NC16, PG13).
Yes, they are available on StarHub Go Streaming Box, except for FOX+ where you can find it under ‘Apps & Games’ Please ensure that you are logged in with your Hub iD.
Netflix is currently not supported, and we are working towards availing it.
Amazon Prime and Toggle are currently not available on the StarHub Go Streaming Box. These are dependent on their respective owners and developers to make availability on supported devices.
Mediacorp free-to-air channels are not available on the StarHub Go Streaming Box. However, we do have Go Local content which is free on the StarHub Go Streaming Box which you can enjoy as well.
The StarHub Go Streaming Box supports HDMI version 2.0 and High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP) version 2.2 in order to comply to the latest industry copyright protection standards. Your output device will need to be HDCP compliant in order to display video signal from the StarHub Go Streaming Box. It is recommended to connect directly to a TV set which is typically HDCP compliant.
The StarHub Go Streaming Box is covered under a limited warranty, which covers the hardware and accessories, against defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of original purchase. StarHub does not warrant against normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident, neglect or abuse, services or alterations made by third- party providers, software as well as consumables such as batteries.
