What are the delivery options available for 5G Unlimited+, 5G Platinum, 5G Senior and 5G Data-only Plans?
Your delivery options depend on the SIM type you've selected.
If you choose eSIM, you can install your new eSIM right away to begin using your new plan.
If you prefer a physical SIM card, you can select either Delivery or Self-Collection at any of our retail shops.
Where can I collect my order from?
You can collect your order at any of our 5 StarHub shops at Paragon, Nex, Jurong Point, Causeway Point or Tampines Mall.
When can I collect my order?
You can collect your item(s) at your preferred location within 21 days of your order. Please note that your new SIM needs to be installed within 21 days of your order to avoid cancellation of your new plan.
How do I collect my order?
You can simply present the collection QR code at our shop along with your ID for verification.
You'll find the QR code in your app inbox, located via an envelope icon at the top right corner of the StarHub app home screen.
I've selected self-collection. Can I change to have it delivered to me instead?
