Instant Buy for Fibre TV
What was the Instant Buy feature about?
Instant Buy was a feature previously available on the Fibre TV set-top box which allowed you to subscribe to additional channels / packs / passes instantly with your remote control.
Why is the Instant Buy feature no longer available on Fibre TV?
Due to the aging Fibre TV infrastructure, the Instant Buy feature on the Fibre TV set-top box has been discontinued.
How can I subscribe to a channel / pack / pass without the Instant Buy feature?
For Basic Tier customers
You can subscribe to additional channels or packs via My Account.
- Login with your Hub iD and password.
- Under ‘Manage My Services’, select the relevant TV subscription and click ‘View & Manage’
- Select ‘Modify TV Subscriptions’ to subscribe to a channel or pack.
For Entertainment Pass customers
You can subscribe to additional passes or channels via the StarHub App on your mobile device.
- From the Home screen, go to TV.
- Select the relevant TV subscription.
- Under ‘My passes & add-ons’, select ‘Modify’ to subscribe to a channel or pass.
